Karrine “Superhead” Steffans celebrated her Dirty 30th birthday in the “A” this weekend. ?The event was held at Jermaine Dupri’s Studio 72 and looked a hot ass mess! ?Karrine announced that she is now “retiring” the name “Superhead” (yeah right) and judging from the pics, somebody else picked up the title.
