Check out Ciara’s performance of Diana Ross’ “I’m Coming Out” and “Upside Down” at the 2007 Kennedy Center Honors. The show was taped on December 2nd and aired last night.? Ciara always performs well but her voice on this performance was….less than spectacular…but judge for yourself!
