Young Jeezy was scheduled to perform today at The University of Deleware, however the concert was canceled by officials yesterday (April 29) after an outbreak of the highly contagious Swine Flu. The concert, which was to feature Young Jeezy and upcoming rapper Drake, was scheduled for 8:00 PM tonight at UD?s Bob Carpenter Center.
UD President Patrick T. Harker announced that the concert, as well as a speaking engagement with noted journalist Gwen Ifill would be canceled, because 10 students on campus were suspected of having the deadly H5N1 avian influenza.
?While the Centers for Disease Control have not yet confirmed any swine flu diagnoses, I have no doubt that these suspected cases are causing a great deal of concern among the entire campus community,? University of Delaware President Patrick T. Harker said. ?The University’s first priority is the health and well-being of our students and employees. Therefore, we are working closely with the Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH) to safeguard student, staff, and faculty health.? (Source)

Come with me while I take a few moments to gander at Jeezy and the pretty people:

The object of my lust and affection, Young Jeezy, was spotted chillin in the VIP last night at Luckie Food Lounge. Oh yeah, so were Tip and Tiny, Nassir Jones and his crew and more. There was a whole lot going on in Atlanta last night: the Mike Jones/Bun B/Paul Wall free concert, the Hawks playoff game, the Cavi Mixer at the W. Dayum!? And my “A”zz was stuck at the hospital! *sigh* a story for another day. But after everything died down, most people migrated over to Luckie for Wednesday night’s Investment Club.
Check out a few photos from a few events below:
Tip was spotted at the Hawks game last night.
I wonder if that was before or after the Hawk got loose?
The game had to be postponed for a while in the first half after Spirit (the mascot) got loose and flew all around the arena. When the players spotted the bird, they refused to go on until the handler could get the birdie in control.<~ wimps! 😆 If that was a tactic, it didn’t really matter….cause the Heat still won (108-93).

Young Jeezy was a surprise guest at Lil Boosie’s Easter Bash yesterday in Baton Rouge, LA.? Needless to say he was a big hit with the crowd! There was an easter egg hunt for the kiddies and they even gave away bikes and goodies.? *sigh* I love him…
