Keyshia Cole is has hit the media trail in preparation of the release her new CD, “A Different Me”. She has shown up on Paris Hilton’s BFF and has been named 2008 Soul Survivor by USWeekly. She is also slated to drop her second single, “You Complete Me” any day now. The song is a ballad and shows off Keyshia’s signature sound.
Keyshia’s got a new look and is doing well but her older sister, Deewana Cole is still showing out in Cali where she’s been caught on film by the paparazzi drunk and outta control. In one video she calls Sanaa Lathan a b*tch and in another she’s putting Keyshia’s man problems on blast. One things for sure, you can’t choose your relatives. Usher performed a medley of songs during the 2008 Victoria Secret Fashion Show. I don’t know bout y’all but hearing “Yeah!” made me happy this morning and I’m sure the fellas will appreciate the eye candy… Enjoy!
I love the Simpsons…always have and always will. In this episode, the Simpsons get a brand new “Mapple” store in Springfield. MyPods, MyPhones…in Springfield everybody wants one and you’re nobody without one. Just like the real world. I kid…but not really.
Akon was joined by Young Jeezy on Jimmy Kimmel Live to perform his hit, “I’m So Paid”. The two closed the show and Jeezy’s spot was cut as the credits were rolling. Speaking of Jeezy, he’s released yet another behind the scenes video for “My President is Black” featuring Nas. In the clip, Jeezy explains the concept behind the video and how he celebrated President-elect Barack Obama’s historic victory by driving down Peachtree with the doors up on his Blue Lambo. Check out Brandy’s new video for “Long Distance”. The song is second single from her upcoming “Human” CD which is scheduled for release December 9th. Scheduled is the operative term. Brandy’s CD was leaked a few days ago and can be obtained through a quick search of the net. Happy hunting…those links are dying fast!
T.I. has been added to NBC’s new ad campaign which features musical re-interpretations of NBC’s famous chimes. When word came out that Tip was one of the musicians, television buffs worldwide speculated about the change. Would T.I. rap the chimes? Would he rap over a chime beat? How could he possible change those historic three notes?
