Shawty Lo’s on the grind! Not only has he just finished shooting his second video this YEAR but he’s been working overtime putting the finishing touches on his sophmore album I Am Carlos.

Lo, who shot the video for Atlanta, GA a few weeks ago with The Dream and Ludacris (CLICK HERE if you missed it), shot the video for his single WTF last night with Lil Wayne, Rocko and a slew of power players. Both videos were directed by Mr. Boomtown.

The video was shot in plain view on Peter St. in Atlanta and drew a ton of attention. For those of you who don’t know, Peter Street is one of the hot spots in ATL with several key restaurants and bars.

Shawty Lo shot his new video for “Atlanta, GA” featuring Gucci Mane The-Dream & Ludacris yesterday along the streets of Bankhead. The day started with a few scenes shot at the Village of Bedford Pines (Apartment Complex) on Bankhead and ended at T.I.’s Club Crucial.

The song was featured HERE on SFTA back in September and of course a ton of Atlanta notables (including myself) came through for cameos. Shawty Lo, The Dream and Luda (minus an incarcerated Gucci) worked all day long representing the “A”, while spotted in the crowd were Killer Mike, Soulja Boy, Goodie Mob, Waka Flocka and more:

Shawty Lo dropped his “Fright Night” mixtape on halloween and I still haven’t listened to it, but I got a new video in my inbox last night. Deejays, Drama, Scream, & Whoo Kid compiled 16 new tracks from Mr. Dunn Dunn It All, which features appearances from Gucci Mane, Busta Rhymes, Ludacris, The Dream, Mya, Bun B, Rick Ross, and more. The new video is for a song, entitled “Birds,” which is not about peacocks and canaries but you probably already know that. Lo has stuck with the standard “Bankhead” [aka Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway] theme of rappin bout that “white girl” and as I always say, if it aint broke… *sigh*

Check out Shawty Lo’s “Atlanta, GA” featuring The Dream, Ludacris & Gucci Mane. I heard this song a while ago minus The Dream and although Luda was on it I was still like…ummm ok, it’s aiight. But it’s since been remixed with a different beat and The Dream jumped on the hook to make it complete (y’all know a Mr. Nash hook can make ANYTHING addictive)….instant classic!
