Snoop De-Oh-double-Gee aka Calvin Broadus
celebrated his big 4-0 last week with his wife Shaunte Broadus
and kids by his side as he was presented with a cake topped by a Colt 45 malt liquor bottle.
Tha Doggfather held his private private birthday bash at Rolling Stone Lounge in Hollywood and he was treated to a performance by funk pioneer Bootsy Collins and a special birthday serenade by the legendary Chaka Khan.
The cute couple were also joined by several of Snoop’s celebrity friends, including Dr. Dre, Too $hort, The Lady of Rage, Warren G, DJ Quik, and Tyrese.

Snoop Dogg was spotted boo’d up with his wife Shaunte at the 23rd Annual Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards. This is one hood couple that has stood the test of time.
We all know it’s much cheaper to keep her, but Snoop and Shaunte seem to actually still like each other and I appreciate that. Maybe if Usher had taken his advice he and Meka would still be together. 😯
Wait. What am I thinking! Snoop told Ursh to run and he did.
Ahhhh…. Black love! ♥

Mugshot Mania ~ Mrs. Snoop Dogg Arrested for DUI
Snoop & Usher Living the “Single” Life [PHOTOS]
Yet another mugshot for my collection. Now the wives are getting in on all the action. This morning, Snoop Dogg’s better half, Shante Broadus, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence:
The wife of Grammy-nominated rap artist Snoop Dogg was arrested in Fullerton early Saturday on suspicion of drunk driving, police said.
Shante Broadus, 32, was stopped by police near Highland and Orangethorpe avenues about 12:15 a.m. and arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, said Fullerton Police Lt. Craig Brower.
Broadus, a resident of Sherman Oaks, was taken to Fullerton City Jail, where she was booked, issued a citation to appear in court and released, Brower said.
He said Broadus would appear in court next month.
Brower could not comment on why officers stopped Broadus, the vehicle she was driving or whether other people were in the vehicle. (Source)
