Atlanta Celebs Support Kandi Burruss & Todd Tucker’s ‘A Mother’s Love’ Stage Play [Premiere Photos]

Kandi Burruss of The Real Housewives of Atlanta was all smiles opening night of her musical stage play, Kandi Burruss & Todd Tucker Present: ‘A Mother’s Love,‘ which premiered at Atlanta’s Realto Theatre Friday night (November 22, 2013).

The ‘autobiographical’ stage play is rumored to be a part of the season 6 RHOA finale and just about all of Kandi’s ‘housewife’ co-stars showed up to show support.

It was one big RHOA affair: Phaedra Parks and her husband Apollo Nida, Cynthia Bailey and her husband Peter Thomas, Porsha Stewart’s mom and sister, Kenya Moore and her Aunt Sisquo, Todd Tucker and his mom, Kandi’s Mom, Dad and stepdad.

Once again history was made on the stage of Atlanta’s popular live music showcase ATL Live on the Park last Thursday evening (September 26, 2013).

ATL Live on the Park is known for legendary performances, breaking new artists and providing Atlanta with a quality music event with outstanding performances.

As a kick-off to the City’s busy Hip-Hop Award’s festivities, Shanti Das and Marlon Nichols (co-founders of ATL Live on the Park) dedicated the entire event to the hip-hop genre and while historically Luda and Tip are rarely in he same space ~~at the same dayum time~~, it was all love in Atlanta’s Piedmont Park venue.

ATL Live’s first-ever “Hip Hop Unplugged: Old School Meets New School” edition drew performances from Ludacris, Memphis’ own Tela, Chubb Rock, Jagged Edge, Que Parker (112), Bone Crusher, and ‘surprise’ guest T.I.

Attendees to the popular industry event included: Peter Thomas (RHOA), Walter Jackson (Kenya Moore’s play boyfriend from RHOA season 5) Towanda Braxton, Kawan “KP” Prather (Atlantic Records), ecording artist Netta Brielle, Jennifer Drake (ASCAP), Sabrina Rowe, Khadijah Rowe and Sharline-Rowe Parker (Big Rich Atlanta), D. Woods (formerly of Danity Kane), Chaka Zulu (DTP), Ray Daniels (VP of A&R for Epic Records) and more.

Trey Anthony’s 4 time NAACP Award winning stage play debuted in Atlanta’s Cobb Energy Center with a stellar cast consisting of 2-time Grammy Award winning R&B artist, Melanie Fiona, R&B Divas’ Angie Stone and Actress Terri J. Vaughn.

In addition to Kandi and her crew, other attendees included Q. Parker, Sharlinda & Sabrina Rowe, celebrity hairstylist/’Fashion Queen’ Derek J, radio personality Kendra G, Towanda Braxton, Demetria McKinney & More.

Media mogul Tyler Perry brought out the big guns for his “Temptation” V.I.P. private screening in Atlanta yesterday (March 16, 2013).

Kim Kardashian appeared on the red carpet rocking all black and happily showed off her growing baby bump for the cameras. Kardashian appears in the film in her first major “acting” role.

The OMG Girlz played host to a private screening of ‘Hotel Transylvania’ in Atlanta yesterday afternoon (September 23, 2012).

Over 130 fans, friends and VIPs packed Atlantic Station’s Regal theatre for a preview of the animated film, which features the voices of Adam Sandler, Selena Gomez, CeeLo Green and more.

Attendees included R&B artist Q Parker (from 112), Mimi Faust (Love & Hip Hop Atlanta), Atlanta radio personality Frank Ski and more.
