I can’t believe Reginae Carter is 18 years old! It seems like just yesterday Lil Wayne & Toya Wright’s daughter was celebrating her sweet 16!

Reginae’s birthday parties have always been the hottest ticket in town for both the underage and old schoolers alike, and this time, the beautiful teen took a page out of hip-hop history as she celebrated with a theme party aimed at the 90’s.

Celebrity Kids Zonnique Pulliam, Riley Burruss, Ky Frost, Brielle Biermann and Brent Leakes were all in the house as well as a few of their parents. Other attendees included Kandi Burruss (RHOA), Tiny Harris (Family Hustle), Rasheeda (LHHATL), Bow Wow, Nivea and many more.

Halloween has come and gone but pictures of people having fun and acting goofy in costumes will live on forever.

Toya Wright and her hubby Memphitz (pictured above) transitioned into Superfriends Batman and Robin for Halloween 2013, while many others i.e. Miley Cyrus, dressed as their favorite rapper.

Are you wondering what a few of your farvorite celebs dressed as this year?

Well… Beyonce donned wings and a ‘Halo’ to become an angel, Nicki Minaj fulfilled her fantasy of being a stripper…and Rihanna channeled her inner ‘thuglife’ to become a Latina gang banger.

5 Changes Suggested For Love & Hip Hop Atlanta…

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, your favorite hood drama, is nearing the end of it’s 2nd season with only one more episode left this year.

The reunion has been taped and while I’m sure Miss. Mona Scott Young pimped the cast for all the drama she could during those last few hours, Monday night, as we know it, will soon come to an end.

A friend an I were chatting over dinner the other day about how season one of LHHATL seemed much more “realistic” than the current season. Perhaps it was the sudden popularity of the cast that changed things but season 2 just seemed way too glossed over and fake.

Acting lessons aside… if there’s a 3rd season of LHHATL, maybe Mona should consider making a few changes to keep fans engaged.

Singer Nivea (remember her?) was spotted celebrating her birthday in Atlanta last weekend (March 23, 2013).

Nivea, who has been quite busy as a stay at home mom to her 4 kids (Daughter Navy Talia Nash (12) and twin sons London Nash and Christian Nash (6) by Terius Nash (aka The Dream) and son Neal (3), by rapper Lil Wayne), turned 31 on the 24th.

The hot mom chose to pop bottles with a new boo at Harlem Night’s nightclub rocking all red everything in honor of her big day.

Lil Wayne’s Mom Jumps The Broom! [EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS]

Jacida “Cita” Carter the mother of hip-hop icon Lil Wayne, tied the knot April 14, 2012 in a lavish ceremony.

Cita married a handsome gentleman named Avery Goff in a “Cash Money” wedding where both Baby and Wayne shared duties of escorting the lovely bride down the aisle.

Wayne‘s little brother Semaj, daughter Reginae Carter, ex-wife Toya Wright and her new husband Mickey “MempHitz” Wright all took part in the ceremony.

Two of Lil Wayne’s other baby mama’s Nivea and Sarah as well as his current girlfriend were there as well as rapper Mack Maine and more.

“Yeah, I went to Wayne’s mom’s wedding,” Toya Carter told Ryan Camron of Atlanta’s V-103. The mother of Wayne’s oldest child said Anita Baker was on hand to perform at the wedding.

“She was great. I was like, ‘Wow, she really did her thing.’”
