Rihanna has announced the completion of her fourth original studio album, Rated R, ans has dropped the first single called Russian Roulette today (10/20) and the video, directed by Anthony Mandler, will premiere on ABC primetime.

The album is scheduled for release November 23rd and the song, written and produced by fellow Def Jam artist Ne-Yo and produced by Chase & Status, is already tearing up these internet streets. Rihanna’s vocals are astounding on the track and if this is a sample of what’s to come, Rated R is already platinum!

StraightFromTheA has an exclusive leak of Bobby Valentino’s newest single “Butterfly Tattoo.”This will be the 2nd single off of Bobby’s highly anticipated album The Rebirth, scheduled for release February 10th via Blu Kolla Dreams/EMI/Capitol. Ciara is making waves this week with two underground remixes.  There may even be a “Fantasy Ride” Mixtape somewhere making the rounds but I know nothing of it…yet.  The first track below is CiCi’s cover of Beyonce’s hot “Diva” song.  She’s reppin the “A” fully so don’t even try blasting her flow over here.  I like it and thats all that matters…Now that 50 cent song….that’s gonna have to grow on me. I attended a listening party the other day that featured up and coming hot artists and decided to share with you a few of my video clips from the session. The first is Attitude’s single “Blow Ya Back Out.” It’s one of those songs you hear in passing that makes you stop in your tracks and say “What did he just say??” The lyrics may be a bit risque but it’s all good… dude made a song just for all us ladies who want their man to take control. I ain’t complaining not one bit… Download

Don’t worry…I didn’t forget about you men!  Miss Brown (formerly Chinkie Brown) has a hit on her hands as well with “Wonderland”…this song should have blew up a while ago cause it’s been circling the net for a minute.
