They snatched his name but they couldn’t snatch his talent! Bobby V.
formerly known as Bobby Valanteeno (I misspelled that on purpose because the man who owns the name sends out C&D’s every time the old name is used… but I digress).
Bobby V. came out swinging earlier this year with a hot dance track called #PBJ (Peanut Butter Jelly) (click HERE if you missed that) and now he’s returned with a memorable ballad, titled ‘Unbelievable.’
Songwriter/producer Emerson Brooks contributes as the song’s producer, utilizing an updated version of R. Kelly’s 1994 hit, “Your Body’s Callin,” for the backdrop as he sings:
Was I busy working? I never saw the signs.
Now I’m too busy hurting… the shits between the lines.
I won’t believe in another you. RIP to everything we knew…

Beyonce has been mostly quiet about her parents divorce but it seems all gloves are off now that her dad tried to air her dirty laundry in the press.
[FLASHBACK: Stunts & Shows: Mathew Knowles Calls Elevator Fight ‘Jedi Mind Trick’ (VIDEO)]
The 34-year-old hot mom addresses the issues in a newly released single entitled, “Ring Off,” an ode to her mother, Tina Knowles, who suffered the public indignity of learning her husband, Mathew Knowles, had cheated and fathered a child out of wedlock.
In the new song, Beyoncé clearly chooses sides as she sings:
Mama, I understand your many sleepless nights
/when you sit and you think about Father
/Or how you tried to be the perfect wife.
You used to dress and fix your hair
/then you smiled through your tears
/in the mirror you would stare
/And say a prayer/
Like, “I wish he said I’m beautiful
/ I wish it didn’t hurt at all
/I don’t know how I got here
/I was once the one who had his heart.”
Until you had enough then you took that ring off
. You took that ring off
/So tired of the lies and trying, fighting, crying
. Took that ring off.
Oh, now the fun begins/
Dust yourself off and you love again
/You found a new man now you shine and you’re fine
/Like it’s my time, you took that ring off…

The group, which consists of Kyle Norman, Richard Wingo, and twins Brandon & Brian Casey, released ‘JE Heartbreak 2′ yesterday (October 27, 2014), their 8th studio release.
I sat down for a one one one with Jagged Edge last week, just prior to the release of their latest project. As you know, the first ‘JE Heartbreak’ is a classic, and when asked what makes ‘JE Heartbreak 2′ different, Brandon states:
In the next 5 years, it’ll be a NEW classic. We try not to veer to far away from what we did in the past. That’s why we went back with the supporting cast of who did the original project.
It’s one of our biggest selling projects to date. We had to give our fans what they love us for, we couldn’t veer to far off.
They want vintage Jagged Edge… real R&B and that’s what we’re gonna give em!
