Monica premiered the official video for “Love All Over Me” yesterday on BET’s 106 and Park. The video, directed by Chris Robinson, finds Monica caught between two loves and confronted to make a decision that will change her life forever.
The video shows Mo happy and about to marry but she must make a choice in the cinematic cliffhanger. Should she marry her old love, played by rapper Maino (pictured above)…. or her new boo, played by Lakers Shannon Brown (pictured below)?
Sister2Sister Magazine’s Jamie Foster Brown interviewed Maino and T.I. for the December 2008 issue of the magazine. Brown got a lot of interesting information from the two rappers and her interview was quite entertaining. My favorite part of the interview was when T.I. and Maino flipped the script on Brown when she got a text message from famous pimpmaster Bishop Don Magic Juan. I was fallin on the floor when Tip issued his warning to anyone checking for Tiny… “No man bett not send my woman no diamond rangs..no hats….Nutthin!”
T.I. also addressed why he chose to film his video in Bowen Homes, why it seemed like a diss to Shawty Lo and shouted out his “Juke Joint” Club Crucial.
“If I would not have did what I did before he said what he said…would it have still been a diss?”
Young Jeezy celebrated his birthday Thursday night at Artistry in midtown Atlanta. I received and invitation to the event and instead of stalking Jeezy from across the street, I got to chill with him up close & personal. Ciara came through still driving her Phantom and Jermaine Dupri, Slim Thug, Maino, Trey Songz, DJ Toomp and more shared Jeezy’s presidential affair. There was also one very special guest on the list who had more VIP status than even Jeezy himself…his mom!
