During the session, Henry connects T-Boz with her late TLC bandmate, Lisa ‘Left Eye’ Lopes, who died in 2002 following a car accident in Honduras.
“She’s having me acknowledge that, if this had happened, in a different country, this wouldn’t have happened,” Tyler shares. “‘I wouldn’t think that this would happen to me in the States.'”

After previewing ‘CrazySexyCool,‘ the TLC biopic a few weeks ago, Pebbles hit the tweets to express her disappointment in how she was portrayed in the film.

Now that the general public has had a chance to view it, Pebbles has finally spoken out about how she feels. In a statement posted to her facebook page, Pebbles says that the film depicted her unfairly and that there were several “false and defamatory statements and scenes” about her.

She feels that staying silent isn’t an alternative now that her reputation is on the line and plans to vigorously defend it.

Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes posthumous album, Eye Legacy is dropping January 27th. In the meantime, check out a sample from the project, which is composed of remixes and previously-unreleased songs. If some of you recognize the vocals from the new single, Block Party, that’s because it’s a remix of her first and only solo single (from Supernova). While most of Lopes’ raps are retained, Surefire and Marcus DL provide a brand new, up-tempo beat, with Clyde McKnight singing the hook. Lil Mama adds a modern day feel to an old song by blending her vocals with Lisa’s. Check it out below and let me know what you think.
