An Atlanta judge has ordered T.I. to increase the child support payments received by the mother of his two sons, LaShon Dixon. Tip had originally been paying about $3,000 per month to support his two sons, ages 7 and 9 but Dixon sought to increase those payments when she felt that her sons needed “to be equal” in both households (her words…peep the video), asking the court to raise the payments to $10,000 per month. Yesterday the judge ordered T.I. to increase his payments to $5,000 per month:

T.I., who was originally ordered to pay for the boys to attend private school, is no longer required to make that payment. The judge, Bensonetta Tipton Lane, also ordered the performer to pay half of the children’s extracurricular activities and all their medical expenses.

The judge ordered joint custody of the boys to continue, with Dixon granted primary physical custody. He’ll have visitation every other weekend.

Dixon’s attorney, Randy Kessler, says the woman is “very grateful” for the judge’s decision and called it “a complete victory.” (Source)

Zillz has proclamed that today is video day…so I’m going to drop in and add one more!  TMZ got a hold of the video footage of the waffle house fight that got Kid Rock locked up the “A”.  Well, word on the street is that the video proves that Kid Rock is frontin and that he’s really a racist redneck.  Hmmm…I dunno if the video says that…but I do know ole boy was bout to get the beatdown by Kid Rock’s goons! 

There may be some hope for Lil Scrappy’s case in Dekalb County…or not.  Kid Rock has just been sentenced regarding his Waffle House antics in Atlanta last year.  You should probably keep your fingers crossed for Scrappy, however Kid Rock’s legal battles in the “A” just ended with a slap on the wrist: (more…)

Michael Vick has decided to fire one of the attorneys representing him in the dogfighting case. 

Daniel R. Meachum, an attorney from Atlanta, will no longer represent the Newport News native who pleaded guilty to a federal dogfighting conspiracy charge.

Vick sent a letter October 26th cutting ties with Meachum.

His defense team includes Virginia Beach lawyers Larry Woodward and Thomas Shuttleworth and Washington, D.C., attorney Billy Martin. (Source – Fox 5 Atlanta)

Hmmmm…..could this possibly be the attorney who convinced advised him the plead guilty?  Maybe Mike is finally coming to his senses.

I’m no longer disappointed in Michael Vick, just sad.  I really feel bad for him.  As broke as my a$$ is, I really can understand being in default on a loan, so I feel the empathy right here in my pocket heart for him.  

A Canadian bank has filed a federal lawsuit against Vick claiming the disgraced quarterback defaulted on a $2.5 million loan taken out earlier this year.   (Read More at msnbc.com)

I’m sorry I’ve been away for soooo long.   I’ve been trying to get over my depression.  First of all, the Falcons suck….secondly the state of Virginia decided to impose additional charges on Michael Vick, and third….Vick’s a$$ is still smokin dank…..WTF?!?!   Who’s chillin with him these days???   Can someone please stop the madness!   I mean, I’m the first one to look for some presidential when I’m in a bad mood…but if I were facing what Vick is facing, I would be somewhere chillin by the pool drinking Kool-aid tryna get my mind right for this fight.   How the hell could he be soooo damn stupid??  Maybe since the judge has imposed house arrest, and ordered Vick to receive mental health counseling, he’ll get it together. Mike, I still love you…but get your i$h together man!  It’s hard to be supportive when you keep fu*(king up!!
