I can’t even keep track of how many songs have ‘leaked’ from Ciara’s upcoming Fantasy Ride project. Like for real… how many is it?  At any rate, check out this new snippit produced by Polow Da Don, entitled “I’m A G”

Meet Laura Izibor. Ms. Izibor, hot new songstress from Atlantic Records has been making mad waves in the music industry with her soulful vocals and lyricism. She’s been named ‘Artist to Watch’ by both Vibe Magazine and Rolling Stone. I had the pleasure of witnessing Laura’s live performance a few nights ago and I can honestly say she earned both of those titles.

Born to a working class family in Dublin, Ireland, Izibor admits she didn’t grow up in a musical household.  “My mother raised five kids on her own, so there wasn’t much time to buy records – it wasn’t that kind of home.  I found myself fancying music at about 13.” Once the love for musicians like Stevie Wonder, Candi Stanton, and Roberta Flack took hold, she was smitten for good.  “One door opened to the next – first I discovered Marvin Gaye, and then Otis Redding, and I just fell in love with soul music.” Full Bio (word file)

I’ve been hearing this song for a minute and I originally took it as a joke. Don’t get me wrong, I really like OJ Da Juiceman but when I heard dude (I dunno if it’s Juiceman, Gucci Mane or Zay) in the background sounding like Elmo…“Ay…OK!” all I could do was giggle. Now Cam’ron has jumped on the remix and it still tickles me. Maybe it’ll make you laugh too.

Christopher “Ludacris” Bridges has released the official video for his third official single “Nasty Girl” featuring Plies the other day.  The song is from his sixth studio album Theater of the Mind which is in stores now.

or maybe he does…who knows.  All I know is Jay & Dre City’s “POLO” song featuring Juney Boomdata has been bumpin in the “A” and we can’t get enough of it…but I’m sick and tired of artists endorsing products that don’t give a dayum about hip-hop culture. T.I.’s ‘Swing Your Rag’ video never saw the light of day because of Louis Vuitton and Gucci protested but maybe Ralph Lauren will be a lil more accomodating.

I think Young Jeezy knows he’s looking mad sexy these days! Jay Jenkins has gone and recorded a hot remix of Soulja Boy’s ‘Turn My Swag On’ where he’s braggin bout his new and improved swag. The song will be featured on a new mixtape entitled “THUG MANSION” Welcome to the Black House which is coming soon.  The song was released on Jeezy’s USDA2Day website this morning.  Check it out below:

Ciara was spotted chilling at the Knicks vs. Cavaliers game in New York yesterday with The View’s Whoopi Goldberg. CiCi looked mad bored sitting there and I’m sure Whoopi wasn’t thrilled herself.  I can only imagine the small talk. Like this is the strangest pairing I’ve seen in a minute!

Anywhoo…speaking of small talk. More songs from Ciara’s Fantasy Ride have made it to my inbox.  I’m praying that these three are merely the rejects from the tracklist cause these songs ain’t the business. But judge for yourself below:
