TMZ is reporting that The Dream and Christina Milian have finally tied the knot.
Christina Milian officially tied the knot with music producer The Dream in Vegas last week … at a place famous for its “Drive-Thru Tunnel of Vows.”
It all went down close to midnight at the legendary Little White Wedding Chapel — the same place Britney Spears married that Jason Alexander dude back in 2004.
According to Milian’s marriage license
, the two said “I Do” at exactly 12:00 AM Friday morning.
We’re told Milian rented her wedding dress for $200 (including shoes and veil) and The Dream rented his tux for $100 (including shoes, tie and vest).
It’s no big surprise they got hitched — as we first reported, the two applied for a marriage license last month … and those things are only good for 90 days.
Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Nash! No big to do. Just a simple drive-through wedding that probably didn’t cost more than $500 bucks. I wonder if they had fries with that…
I haven’t really paid that much attention to the Mike Tyson marriage thing simply because I thought that he and the mother of his child felt the need to sanctify their relationship…finally….after the horrible tragedy of their daughter Exodus’ death. I just assumed that the two needed each other to lean on and tying the knot so soon after the death was just a symbolic gesture. But I was totally wrong. Exodus was the daughter of Mike’s 2nd wife and not his newest bride, Lakiha Spicer. Not really a big deal but ESPN’s boxing sports writer had quite a bit to say about Mike’s decision:
So let me get this straight: Just two weeks after the horrible accidental death of his 4-year-old daughter, Exodus Tyson, Mike Tyson got married? Tyson got hitched for the third time — to Lakiha Spicer, who is not the mother of the toddler — in Las Vegas last Saturday night. I know people mourn in different ways, but doesn’t the timing strike you as extremely odd? How do you go from the death of a child, the saddest of all days, to marriage, which is supposed to be the happiest of days, in just two weeks?
KANYE West is officially back on the market. Rumors of the rapper’s split from tall, shaved-top music video model Amber Rose have swirled for weeks, and now a spokesman for West tells us, “They are no longer a couple.”
That whole Kanye/Amber thing seems way too messy to last. Apparently either Amber’s lesbian tendancies got in the way of their relationship or Kanye’s passion for fashion finally took it’s toll. Whatever the case, it appears that Yeezy’s single again and back on the prowl. Watch out now!
Tomeka Foster Raymond was spotted at Brazil’s Airport of Guarulhos yesterday headed home after recovering in a Brazilian hospital after her liposuction plans were spoiled. Mrs. Raymond spent 11 days recovering from cardiac arrest suffered immediately prior to undergoing the plastic surgery procedure. Her hubby, Usher left a few days earlier amidst speculation that he’s pissed off at Tomeka’s decision to have the surgery in the first place.
Reports have surfaced which claim Usher had no knowledge of his wife’s travel plans to Brazil and that he definitely didn’t approve of her having plastic surgery. It’s also being reported that Tomeka lied to Brazilian doctors about the timeframe of the birth of her last child claiming she’d given birth 4 months ago when in fact her son is only two months old.
I said it on Twitter yesterday and I ain’t ashamed to say it here too… I would be p*ssed “A”zz hell if I went in to have lipo, almost died and woke up to the same fat on my tummy! No joke. Life is precious and her decisions may have been flawed, but Tomeka faces the daily scrutiny from a hateful public. I’m not saying her actions were OK….but I understand. I’m just glad she came out of this OK.

T.I. and Tiny were spotted at Dreamz nightclub during one of the afterparties for the 2008 BET Hip Hop Awards. Tiny may not have made the red carpet but she did make it to the club! So now you guys can stop emailing me asking about her. Tiny was right were she should be…sitting next to her man! Lil Wayne, Manny Fresh, Maino, D. Woods Juelz Santana and more also flowed through the spot.

While his wifey is hard at work resurrecting her career, Jay-Z recently completed at public service announcement for Democratic Presidential Nominee, Barack Obama in Michigan. Why Michigan you ask? Well…I dunno. Maybe they were the first to ask. Doesn’t really matter what state it is…the message is still the same. VOTE!!
BTW…don’t sleep. Beyonce has been doing some campaigning of her own and her custom-made designer Barack Obama t-shirts are still available!
