I guess cursing out judges has it’s privilages…cause DMX is now a free man! The rapper avoided further jail time today (August 27) by pleading guilty to drug charges as part of plea deal. He pled guilty to trying to buy small amounts of marijuana and cocaine in Miami last June and was released on time served and a $483 fine.

*Sigh* Yes…you read right! Rapper DMX lost it during his hearing in a Miami-Dade County courtroom Tuesday morning after learning he would spend another month in jail.
“I ain’t going back to no fc*king jail,” said DMX (aka Earl Simmons). “Oh, well that just ingratiated you to me,” said Judge Lawrence Schwartz. “I’ve never heard the F-word before, so it’s OK.” The judge then warned Simmons’ lawyer that the rapper had better not curse in his courtroom again.
The mugshot above is from Simmons’ most recent arrest at a Miami-Dade County Wal-Mart earlier this month after failing to appear at a court hearing in Arizona. He was also arrested in June for not having a valid driver’s license. Check out the courtroom video under the cut: (more…)
My obsession with mugshots is taking up alot of posts this week…they’ve been coming back to back! Earl Simmons, aka DMX, was arrested AGAIN last night (I told y’all the month wasn’t over yet…). DMX was arrested in Phoenix and charged with a felony charge of false identity and it doesn’t look like he’ll be getting out any time soon! (more…)
Somebody gave up on DMX (aka Earl Simmons) a long time ago. Where is his wife & kids? What about his family & friends? Lawd…where ARE they??? Do you guys realize that this dude’s been locked up 4 times in the last two months…(two in May 2008 and two in June 2008), and July isn’t over so I’m sure another one’s coming. The most recent arrest (above) occured when DMX approached an undercover officer in Miami asking “where the weed at?“ 
I feel really bad for him… at 37 he is way to old for this ish. Honestly, I think he and Amy Winehouse should get together and support each other in their recovery efforts. What? It’s just a thought.
