Several celebs have hit the net in response to ‘Surviving R. Kelly,‘ which aired on Lifetime.
The6-part R. Kelly documentary has sparked fresh outrage over the decades old allegations of the singer’s penchant for underage girls and recent allegations of physical and mental abuse.
Jada Pinkett-Smith, Chance The Rapper, Omarion & Tank are just a few who have spoken publicly and expressed their outrage.

Y’all remember Chris Stokes? He’s the creepy manager of IMX/B2K who was accused by Raz B and Quindon Tarver of molestation back in the day.

Stokes even conspired with an Atlanta-area news outlet to plant fake news about how he “won” a multi-million lawsuit against StraightFromTheA.com back in 2014, a fact which I can adamantly deny publicly and through my attorney, Mr. Michael Miller.
But I digress. That’s all in the past and Stokes’ future seems to be filled with past-due invoices as he’s being put on blast by several people who claim he’s failed to provided payment for their services.

I started StraightFromTheA back in 2007 as a way to creatively share my thoughts on several topics in urban pop culture and since that time, have had my share of controversy surrounding a few of my opinionated posts… ie the Tameka Raymond saga during she and Usher’s divorce, Nene Leakes’ twitter beef over being outed about her fake divorce, Kim Zolciak’s foul mouthed insults and most recently Sheree Whitfield‘s Chateau Sheree beef.

During one of my soapbox moments, I uttered the phrase ‘freedom of speech ain’t free’ and I’m personally starting to believe that’s a fact.
As my audience grows, my right to my opinion diminishes and now it’s becoming more evident everyday that when I write things that people don’t like, they will do the most to shut me up.
There’s a vast array of posts on this site. I’ve collected over 6 years worth of my opinionated thoughts on issues that sometimes were only of interest to me.
That being said… there are several posts written regarding that whole Raz B/Chris Stokes drama that Stokes apparently doesn’t want any of you to read (again) and he’s been threatening me for years in an attempt to intimidate me to remove them.

B2K’s Raz B is at it again. In fact, he’s on an effin’ roll!
Not only did he just release a video where he provided graphic details of a “suck fest” between him and former B2K bandmate J-Boog, but now he’s released a new video in which he “secretly” records his friend Ray J.
Somewhere down the line, Raz B dropped Ray J’s name during his ongoing smear campaign against Chris Stokes, insinuating that Ray J once confirmed his gay accusations. I missed that segment of this ongoing saga but apparently Ray J wanted Raz to clear his name and to clarify the situation.
In this new video, Raz B promises Ray J that he plans to “clear that up real quick for you,” by releasing a brief statement, but we all know his plan was to record the call and put the video online. Continue Reading…
The saga continues. Raz B aka De’mario Thornton is still fighting to be heard. I guess since didn’t get his wish to be heard on Oprah, he’s gonna keep fighting to get his point across online.
This time, the former B2k member is shedding graphic details about what Chris Stokes made them do behind closed doors.
In what appears to be another taped phone conversation, Raz B reveals that he and fellow bandmate J-Boog aka Jarell Damonte Houston (who was arrested earlier this year after he was accused of beating his baby mama), were forced to “suck each other off” while Chris Stokes watched and beat his meat… *sigh*
It’s getting rather redundant, but Raz still deserves to be heard. Peep video of Raz B’s graphic descriptions of what went down in B2k below: Continue Reading…
Because apparently he tapes phone conversations without permission.
Last week, Raz B released THIS disturbing video of a phone call between he and former TUG Entertainment artist Quindon Tarver. The two spoke candidly during the conversation about the sexual abuse they say occurred at the hands of Chris Stokes and Marquis Houston.

Tarver has now released an “official statement” regarding the call, stating that he had no idea it was being recorded and that Raz B didn’t have his permission to put his personal business on the net. Continue Reading…
