The group, which consists of Kyle Norman, Richard Wingo, and twins Brandon & Brian Casey, released ‘JE Heartbreak 2′ yesterday (October 27, 2014), their 8th studio release.
I sat down for a one one one with Jagged Edge last week, just prior to the release of their latest project. As you know, the first ‘JE Heartbreak’ is a classic, and when asked what makes ‘JE Heartbreak 2′ different, Brandon states:
In the next 5 years, it’ll be a NEW classic. We try not to veer to far away from what we did in the past. That’s why we went back with the supporting cast of who did the original project.
It’s one of our biggest selling projects to date. We had to give our fans what they love us for, we couldn’t veer to far off.
They want vintage Jagged Edge… real R&B and that’s what we’re gonna give em!
