Janet Jackson & Jermaine Dupri were spotted holding hands while leaving LaGuardia airpart after touching down in NYC earlier today. Rumors of their demise have obviously been greatly exaggerated in that the couple has still been boo’d up all over the globe. A source explained Jermaine’s absence from Janet’s side during Michael Jackson’s funeral as him wanting to give her some space to grieve, “They never really broke up. Jermaine wanted to give her some space when Michael died.”

The rumor mill with these two is usually one extreme or the other. They’re either broken up or secretly married. In addressing the marriage rumors, Jermaine told press, “They’ve been saying that for years and you don’t see a ring on my finger. I guess it just sounds good to have that rumor this time of the year or something.”

Pleasure P was spotted out and about in Atlanta a few days ago with his new boo, Bria Murphy. Bria, Eddie Murphy’s eldest daughter has been creating quite a buzz these days in that she’s also the featured love interest in Gucci Mane’s upcoming video for “Spotlight” featuring Usher.

The two were captured on what appeared to be a romantic date night by Prince Williams of ATLpics. The cute new couple hit up AJA restaurant and also took a few moments to check out a haunted house:

Last night Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas presented her former classmate, Mayoral candidate Senator Kasim Reed, with the “Cusp Leadership Award” from Music is My Business and Enchanted PR.  The event was hosted by MIMB CEO Aaron Arnold and Enchanted PR president Christal Jordan-Mims at the estate of Attorney Charles Mathis and also doubled as Chilli’s pick up spot for the night, as VH1 gathered footage for her upcoming dating reality show.

And the cutest couple of the year award goes to….  Steph Jones & Jordin Sparks! The two were spotted backstage at Philip’s Arena looking oh so cute and adorable. Jordin is on tour right now with the Jonas Brothers but recently got pegged to tour with Britney Spears after Ciara was booted from the tour.  I would have never thought I’d ever be anywhere NEAR a Jonas Brother’s concert, let alone backstage but Brian from Concrete Loop invited me and I couldn’t resist the chance to see the former American Idol contestant live in concert!

If you follow me on twitter, you may already know of my “working” relationship with Jordin’s Boo…I mean “friend” (wink) Steph Jones. Steph and I always have mad fun making up stories for all you twitter stalkers…anywhoo, Steph is a hot “A”zz singer in his own right and is currently working on his new project as well. I got a chance to hear a few tracks and he promised to send over some snippets soon. I don’t know about you, but I see a musical power couple in the making!

Word on the street is that Nelly & Ashanti have parted ways:

A source close to the couple told the New York Daily News that they two split up because she was ready to get married, but he wasn’t willing to put a ring on it. Reportedly he’s been having a good time as a single man, and he’s recently been seen in Las Vegas and Miami with video vixen Jessica Rabbit.

So far, neither Nelly nor Ashanti have said anything about the alleged split. (source)

I dunno how true this is, but it has been quite some time since we’ve seen the two actually kickin it as a couple. Nelly was spotted recently chilling  at Chris Brown’s skate party alongside Polow Da Don and a ton of groupies:

Awwww….how sweet! Two lovebirds taking in a Hawks game together. Takeo Spikes and Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins were spotted during Game 5 of the Hawks v. Heat playoff. T-Boz has a look of pure infatuation in her eyes…either that or Takeo just said something to piss her off.
