Pharrell Williams hit Atlanta last week to host a launch party for his new Qream liqueur.
The invitation only event was held at a Buckhead mansion and guests were all treated to food, fun and of course Pharrell’s new creamy alcoholic.
Jermaine Dupri and Traci Steel played DJ for the evening while Atlanta’s “who’s who” mingled about the pool area.
Spotted mingling about were Real “Housewife” Kandi Burruss, DeVyne Stephens, Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas, Designer Mychael Knight, Tameka Foster Glover Raymond, Former Falcons Jamal Anderson & Bob Whitfield and more.
[Editor’s Note:Annnnd another one! Retired NFL baller Bob Whitfield is on a role with his relationship rants. He first graced us with 7 Reasons Why Women Cheat, then he came back with my personal favorite “L.O.V.E. is a Non MuthaF*ckin FACTOR!” and now he takes the SFTA platform yet again, with “She Smashed a Homie”.
Bob gives love advice like only a divorced man can, so I have to state that I have absolutely NOTHING to do with his commentary. And while Bob certainly has a way with words that makes me feel ‘some kinda way,’ this post consists of HIS views and opinions and do not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of me >> ATLien! So without further adieu… feel free to read, roast and enjoy!]
Its a troubling thought when a woman says it would ruin the friendship if sex were to happen. So in the alternative you choose for sex with an un-friendly man. So that with your male best friend you complain about that dude your having sex with.
Is there a man out there, (no-homo in my boondocks voice) that would not thoroughly satisfy their female best friend at the drop of a hat, or drop of them draws?
[Editor’s Note:After the positive response former NFL baller Bob Whitfield received on his 7 Reasons Why Women Cheat, I’ve decided to give him the SFTA platform yet again. This time Bob takes aim at Cupid and the fairy tale feelings of LOVE vs. LIKE. Again, I have to state I have absolutely NOTHING to do with this commentary, and while he has me feelin ‘some kinda way’ right now, these are clearly all BOB’S views and opinions and do not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of me… ATLien! ]
LOVE is… ‘a non-muthaf*ckin factor boo’ in your relationship! (I can hear the boo’s raining in now!)
For couples, love is like the flour mixed with the grease that makes the gravy.
LOVE has a magical all-purpose element to make a relationship recipe that is much more robust, exciting, romantic, etc and so on…. but who just wants gravy, or the special love sauce?
Relationships, for LOVE’s sake, lead to Marriage. Which is simply a social economic relationship between two people that provides tax and legal advantages for their union. [In layman’s speak: you get a tax write off and someone that can’t be forced to snitch on you in court]
I’m not against marriage, relationships or being in LOVE for that matter. Continue Reading…
[Note from ATLien: I was planning to do a post on this the other day and mentioned it to my friend Bob Whitfield, who decided to share his two cents. For the record, I have absolutely NOTHING to do with this commentary. These are all BOB’S views and opinions and do not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of me… ATLien!]
Seven reasons why your woman would cheat on you….
#7. “Soft as Twinkie Filling”
You have the ferociousness of a tabby cat and she wants a mean old lion. A man needs to understand how to dominate a submissive women.
She will seek out restraint from another man just to compensate for the lack of manhood around her. Somebody has to pee standing up….
#6 ” Eww Nasty”
She has a sexual appetite that one man is unable to fulfill or sustain. Different from “#7” this is pure sex and for a man that feels that he has all that his women needs will be for a rude and crude awakening, when you come home and she is having a leather clad gang bang in the middle of the den.
Event producers Shanti Das and Marlon Nichols did a wonderful job bring together over 300 Atlanta tastemakers and music industry insiders to celebrated the One-Year Anniversary of the event, held at Park Tavern in midtown.
Heralded as the most exclusive live music showcase in the city author/musician Fonzworth Bentley wowed the crowd with his expertly choreographed routine and R&B group NEXT reunited as headliners of the hot show.
When RL spotted 112’s Q Parker sitting in the audience alongside his wife Sherlinda, he handed him the mic urging him to sing a few bars.
Q first sung a lick while sitting but soon hit the stage, giving the hyped crowed a brief 112 flashback…
