Usher Raymond’s 911 call regarding the vandalization of his vehicle has been released to the masses. In the call, Usher claims that after a domestic altercation with his soon to be, almost ex-wife Tameka Foster Glover Raymond, his car had been keyed. In case you missed details of both police reports earlier, this is audio of the 2nd call. In it Usher explains he’d just called the cops the night before to file “a complaint because of potential domestic violence between me and my ex wife.”
Usher calmly details the incident with the 911 operator and describes the damage to his vehicle. He ends up kinda sounding like an abused spouse as he reveals “she followed me.” I’m really feeling bad for him right now. Publicity stunt? You be the judge. Audio below: (more…)
Fellow blogger and sister in the spirit Drama Dupree hit me up a few weeks ago for an interview on his Better Days Radio show. The show, hosted by Drama and Sir Daniel, aired last week and Drama send over a snipped of my interview. Mind you, I am not camera shy by any means, but radio? Umm….not my forte but I repped the “A” to the fullest. Drama and Sir Daniel asked me questions like, How Did You Get Into Blogging, What has changed most in Atlanta, and more. I shared my thoughts on Mike Vick and T.I. and admitted my heart belongs to Big Boi. Heeeeeey Twan! *waving*
As Bow Wow was in NYC promoting his newly released cd, New Jack City II, he had a scheduled visit to the Wendy Williams show. Now, we all know Wendy was probably planning to roast Lil Ike Bow-Weezy about his love triangle between Superhead and Omarion. “How You Doin?” <~ I kidd…. but Shad wasn’t havin’ it. He canceled 5 minutes before the show AND THEN to add insult to injury, Wendy gets word that he was over on Angie Martinez’s show on Hot 97.
“Take him to Angie if you want. Blow this show off if you want. Something is about to happen if you didn’t get the memo. Wait til you see how I act…With all his accolades and what not, it’s more interesting talking to a whore.”
Tariq “King Flex” Nasheed’s Get Your Game Right Tour hit the “A” yesterday and you know I had to go see first hand what all the hoopla was about. Upon my entrance, I immediately noticed the demographics of the group, which consisted of mostly college aged males. There were a few females sprinkled throughout the crowd, but I imagine that they, like I, were only there to see if Mr. Nasheed was really as hot in person as he appears on television and the covers of his books. Tariq took to the stage and immediately began to convey tips and techniques on Mackin’ and Game. Being one of the few females in the audience, I personally took the entire seminar as entertainment, however, once the question/answer session started, I realized that the dudes there were really there to peep game and gain knowledge.
Light bulb moment. Tariq Nasheed actually has power over these young and impressionable minds. When he speaks of dimes vs. average women, most women automatically think he’s a male chauvinist who’s instilling caveman attitudes into men’s minds, however, Tariq is actually encouraging confidence and building self-esteem for these young dudes. Hell, even some old heads can learn a thing or two from Mr. Mack Lessons!
I got a chance to sit down with Tariq after the show for a little one on one and chopped it up for a bit. I’m almost ashamed to post this audio cause I was talking fast and giggling like a lil schoolgirl…but then I realized, so was he dammit! We actually had a really good conversation until he kept trying to turn the tables on me. Check out a few flix + the audio below: (more…)
…yes y’all. They’re STILL at it! The beef between T.I. and Shawty Lo continues. This time it was T.I. who threw snide comments about Shawty Lo during an interview in Ohio:
Recently, rapper TI spoke with Cincinnati’s #1 Night show host Don Juan Fasho of 101.1 The WIZ-FM. TI talked about his new album, plans on returning back to Cincinnati for the first time after his best friend Philant was murdered there 2 years ago, and, of course, the beef between he and Shawty Lo. This is where the conversation got interesting as TI goes on to say that since he is the reason for all of Shawty Lo’s income this year he’s gonna “see if he can claim him as a dependent on his taxes!!!!!”
Check out the audio under the cut…thanx StyleRazzi for the tip!: (more…)

Don’t let the music get in the way of the message…”Would you bet your life on it?”
