The Atlanta Hawks take on the Chicago Bulls this weekend and Tip will be performing during halftime!

Fresh off the court from last night’s win against the Denver Nuggets, Atlanta Hawk’s power forward Josh Smith hit up Atlanta’s STK to celebrate his 27th birthday (December 5, 2012).
Smith, who arrived fashionably late with his wife by his side, took over the entire high-priced eatery as he popped bottles and partied the night away.
Dikembe Mutombo once made a living playing professional basketball and much of his career was spent in Atlanta playing for the Atlanta Hawks. He’s also known for his humanitarian work in his homeland, the Democratic Republic of Congo.
In a recessed economy, many people come up with unconventional ways to increase their cash flow and allegedly Mutombo hatched a scam that involved selling gold from his war torn homeland, that netted SOMEONE at least $10,000,000 dollars!
NBA Legend Dominique Wilkins’ court side brawl and his opponent’s mugshot has him labeled everything from ‘the next heavyweight champ’ to deadbeat.
Click here for the full story, but long story short, Nique landed a hard punch to the face of Rashan S. Michel, who was arrested and charged with simple battery after a brawl between the two occurred after Wednesday night’s Atlanta Hawks game.
Michel is adamant that their dispute was over a bad debt and it’s far from over!

Last night twitter was abuzz with activity after NBA Hall of Famer an former Atlanta Hawk Dominque Wilkins was allegedly attacked after last night’s Hawks game.
[Sidebar: The photo above was taken at last week's game against the Bulls but I thought I'd use it since it's oh so relevant to the story. ]
But I digress…
NBA.com’s Sekou Smith sent the following series of tweets last night alerting all to the altercation, stating Wilkins got in three “solid” punches during the brief fight, while his assailant landed none.
Well I dunno what Nique’ looks like this morning but his “attacker” looks like he got a severe beat down!!
