Antwan “Big Boi” Patton aka Sir Lucious Leftfoot aka my future ex-husband held his annual Halloween Party last weekend at Stankonia Studios. The event was held as a fundraiser for his Big Kidz foundation but it was an all adult extravaganza as all of Big’s A-town family supported the cause.
The theme this year was “True Blood” and there were a ton of vampires in the room. Including Mr. Patton himself…

My boo Antwan “Big Boi” Patton joined Keri Hilson in Chicago yesterday (October 21) for the launch of the “Get Schooled” campaign.
Keri and Big stressed the importance of education to students at Chicago’s Collins Academy High School during Thursday’s Get Schooled National Challenge and Tour.
[Sidebar: Somebody needs to tell Keri to back up off my man! *Whooo-sah!*]
Big Boi told the crowd how he planned on pursuing his education before OutKast blew up.
“Before I started doing music, I was actually planning on going to school to study child psychology, but when I was in eleventh grade we went platinum. I still finished and graduated with honors.
Miss Keri, adorned with her now signature “No Boys Allowed” necklace, hit the stage to perform “Knock You Down” and offered some key advice to the youth.
“I think the key to making it through high school and life in general is knowing what’s important, attacking that, and executing everything,” said Keri, a former co-captain of her high school basketball team.

Several of the crew, including Kawan “KP” Prather and Cee Lo Green, reflect on his Big’s unique style, while Sir Lucious Left Foot shares stories from the days he spent working at Foot Locker in Underground Atlanta, as well as his first time doing open mic with Dre’ back in the day.
