Here’s another hot drop from Antwan “Big Boi” Patton‘s upcoming solo project, Sir Lucious Leftfoot: The Son of Chico Dusty. The beat is off the chain and you already know that Big spits that “hot fire”!
Big Boi and friends held a FREE concert last week at the Yaarab Shrine Temple in Midtown. The event, hosted by KIN, was part of a new social media experiment where the power of social media (ie Twitter/Facebook) is used to relay information about ‘KIN Spot’ events.
Information about Big’s show was revealed one detail at a time over the past week, with the final location being shared just hours before the artists went on stage. I shared a bit of the concert footage with you a few days ago:

Antwan “Big Boi” Patton aka Sir Lucious Leftfoot aka my Baby Daddy is out traveling the globe promoting his upcoming cd, Sir Lucious Leftfoot: The Son of Chico Dusty.
Twan tweeted the photo from Paris, where he just held a listening session for some of his European fans. He also held a press conference about the highly anticipated project, which has been 3 years in the making.
It’s a more mature version of Big Boi. The whole leftfoot thing is… whenever I enter a room, or leave a room I’ma leave imprints of funk. Y’all are gonna smell me before I get there and after I leave. It’s really about the funk music and that’s what I’m doing.
Chico Dusty, that was my father and it’s a nod to him. He passed away while I was working on this record. He was a great man, an Airforce pilot and a Marine. A real tough guy.
