NEWSFLASH!! Nene Leakes of The Real Housewives of Atlanta heard your pleas and has finally changed her hairstyle!
The ‘Queen Bee’ of the RHOA clique recently shared the photo above online, stating:
It appears that Nene merely switched up temporarily and has no plans to stray from her signature style, whatever the case, she rocked her curly wig all night long as she met with a few 90’s old school singers (Bobby V. RL (Next), J. Holiday, Q. Parker, Wingo (Jagged Edge) & More) for a ‘super secret’ new project.

Quinnes Parker (aka Q of 112) and his adorable son, Quinnes Jr., cover the May/June 2011 issue of Urban Lux magazine rocking their matching stunna shades.
About a month ago, Q hit the mic briefly during ATL Live on the Park’s 1 year anniversary, and gave the crowd a flashback to the 90’s by singing a few bars from 112’s “Only You” and now he has hit the blogs running with his own emotional rendition of Beyonce’s new single “1+1″.

Super producer Vaushaun “Maestro” Brooks and celebrity photographer Joi Pearson threw a celebrity filled birthday bash for their 1-year old son Brenton a few weeks ago.
Brenton, aka @LilBBreezy on twitter, has only been on this earth a lil over 12 months and he’s already listed amongst the who’s who in Atlanta.
[Sidebar: He probably even has more twitter followers than you! 😆 ]
Like seriously, Brenton’s kiddie party could rival just about any “grown folks” party and was attended by the likes of Toya Carter, Memphitz, DJ Judgemental… and more!
I swear it was like a celebrity filled Super Sweet 12 month celebration!

Remember when R.L. was dissed by one of the Jagged Edge twins?
Well a few weeks ago, R.L. was insulted when Kyle of Jagged Edge refused to pose for a picture with him, so what does he do? He Bogart’s Jazze Pha’s interview b*tchin’ about it. (Click HERE if you missed it.)
RL & Kyle reunited recently and… ummm let’s just say that old school beef dies hard. 😯
Q Parker (of 112) held a birthday bash at Atlanta Justin’s restaurant where all of the 90’s crooners took to the stage. Kyle, who apparently wanted to get a message across to RL, managed to grab the mic to make the following statement:
I don’t give a damn what yall saw on that Twitter page, but RL don’t mean a got damn thing in ATL….
Lawd… will it ever end?

112 is reportedly back in the studio grinding it out for a 2010 reunion album, so it’s only fitting that I do a flashback to their days at Puffy…P.Diddy…Diddy’s Bad Boy label.
Their first single, “Only You” featured The Notorious B.I.G. and Ma$e and was a Top 20 in both the Pop and R&B charts. 112’s self-titled debut album hit platinum sales and is still in rotation on the “A”pod today. That 1st Biggie line always gets me:

After a five year hiatus and speculation that they had broken up, at least three of the four members of the R&B group 112 have reunited to record a follow up to their 2005 release Pleasure & Pain, which went gold in the U.S.
Group member Quiness “Q” Parker broke the news earlier this week via his Twitter page:
Its good to see that they’ve worked out their differences. If you recall, Michael Keith formerly accused two of his fellow bandmates, Q Parker and Daron Jones, of taking unfair shares of royalty checks. Keith revealed in a 2008 interview:
I’m not sure what the status is of the other three members, but myself, I am no longer in 112. I had to leave because I found out that a certain member of the group took my publishing check.
It was made clear that it was intended for myself and another member, Slim [Marvin Scandrick].
At that time, Mike was also asked about a 112 reunion where he stated, “I’m going to be honest with you and say I’ve grown and lived long enough to never say never, so if that was to happen in the future I will welcome it under the right circumstances.”
I guess the time is now…
