Ok… so today is election day and I already know that most of you have voted by now. If you haven’t, then I’m assuming that you’re on you’re way.
At any rate, voting is our fundamental right and when we make our voices heard, we can keep moving our nation forward. You don’t have the right to complain about anything that’s going on in America, if you haven’t cast your vote.
Today, November 2, 2010 we need to be heard. HEAD TO THE POLLS AND VOTE!!!

Cornell Haynes, Jr. aka Nelly discusses his teen years on a recent episode of MTVs “When I Was 17”. Nelly shares days of cutting class, gambling…
“We used to shoot dice in the band room, in the bathroom. If there was a crap game, I was getting out of class to attend that crap game,” he says. “This is how I got money for the new J’s [Jordans] that was coming out; this is how I got my lunch money. This is how I ate.”

Antwan “Big Boi” Patton aka Sir Lucious Leftfoot aka my future ex-husband held his annual Halloween Party last weekend at Stankonia Studios. The event was held as a fundraiser for his Big Kidz foundation but it was an all adult extravaganza as all of Big’s A-town family supported the cause.
The theme this year was “True Blood” and there were a ton of vampires in the room. Including Mr. Patton himself…
Big Boi (aka Raul the Mexican vampire?), ATLien (Robin from the Hood) & Uncle Darnell (White Pimp)
Big had an entire explanation for his costume, complete with a history and storyline…
I first fell in love with Bertell’s voice when he sung for me on the red carpet of the 2009 BET Hip Hop Awards (VIDEO). Now he’s on the fast track to stardom with super-producer Bryan Michael-Cox by his side.
Bertell’s new single “Headboard”, which features Bobby Valentino is banging on the airwaves and is creating quite a buzz. [Sidebar: I know I’m late, but am I the only one who didn’t know (or care) that Bobby Valentino is now “Bobby V” because of some legal issues involving his name?]
