Yung Joc’s baby mama is taking her child support fight to the media.  SandraRose reported earlier that Joc’s former flame, Fatimah Jester broke down yesterday during a taped segment on the Channel 2 Action News tonight.  

Jester said she didn’t want to sue Yung Joc but she needed money to raise their son. She dabbed at her eyes with tissue as she sat with her attorney, Randall M. Kessler, in the living room of her tidy suburban Atlanta home.

“I never would have thought he would be putting me through some of the stuff that I’m going through now,” she cried. “I can’t even get in contact with him when I need the things that I need for my baby. It’s just hard.”

Jester is suing Joc for unpaid child support. She said he only paid $500 of the court ordered $2,000 monthly payments last month. According to Jester, Joc is always late with his payments. “For the type of money that he makes, $2,000 is nothing,”. She reeled off the list of luxury vehicles Yung Joc owns or leases: “Bentleys, Ferraris, Mercedes Benzes, two Range Rovers.”

Her attorney added, “She wants him to know, ‘if you pay what you’re supposed to pay, you’ll never hear from me again… But as soon as you stop, I’m going to be there protecting my kid.’”

She is making Joc look real bad right about now.  I hope that he stands up and does the right thing for his kid.  This is a really sticky situation and ole girl ain’t playing.  Check out the video of her drama-filled plea to Yung Joc under the cut: (more…)

Spotted @ Crunk&Disordery

Word on the street is that Buffie the Body (aka Buffie Carruth) may be preggers and that Gucci Mane is NOT the father.  Buffie is claiming that it’s her ex-boo…Kay-Slay and Gucci Mane has even went as far as to go on the air with Greg Street to deny that he had even kicked it with Ms. Body in months.  Too bad they caught all their shenanigans on video.  I dunno bout you…but I can’t wait til Maury gets a hold of this.  I’m settin my TiVo up for this ish TOOO-DAY!  …who said that trickin was easy?

Former NBA superstar and current hoe Michael Jordan says he’s being harassed by a former jump-off.  The woman, Lisa Miceli, 35, of Meadville, Pa. (NOT pictured above!) has made claims that Jordan fathered her 4 year old son.  Jordan agreed to two paternity tests and both were negative.  However, Miceli ~with obvious dollar signs in sight ~ wouldn’t give up and tried to force Jordan to take a third test and a judge has now issued a restraining order against her!

Jordan agreed to the second paternity test only after Miceli agreed to have no contact with him if he was ruled out as the child’s father. Despite that, Miceli has continued to contact Jordan and his associates through hundreds of e-mails and phone calls in the ”mistaken belief that she still has a valid paternity claim against Jordan,” Sperling said in court documents.

Miller issued a restraining order against Miceli in response to that lawsuit. Earlier this month, Miceli asked the judge to lift a restraining order and make Jordan submit to another hearing on the paternity issue. (Source)

Chick still trying to get child support even after two tests and is now arguing that the restraining order “prevents her from negotiating a child-support settlement” with Jordan!  You go girl…keep trying!  Maybe the 3rd one will come up positive… What’s even funnier about this story is that Jordan actually entertained this woman’s wishes….TWICE!
