Verne Troyer aka “Mini Me” has filed suit against the website TMZ.com and the porn distributor who was selling the tape.  His lawyers have successfully gotten a federal judge to grant a temporary restraining order and as of now, TMZ has pulled the 25 second clip from their site.

The judge’s ruling also prevents the porn distributor from taking orders for the full 50-minute video, and keeps TMZ from broadcasting any more clips. Troyer’s lawsuit also seeks $20 million in damages and the return of all copies of the tape.

How come people do videos and think that no one will ever see them?  Realistically, I can understand why Verne doesn’t want his tape to get out, but it’s a done deal now.  In his suit he states that “he will suffer irreparable harm to his reputation”, but seriously…what can it hurt?  We can already imagine what he’s workin with and if by chance Mini Me is puttin it down on film, I’m almost positive everyone will be impressed. 

Xilla did a post while I was out about Shay “Buckeey” Johnson having an alledged sex tape.  Well I dunno if it’s her or not but whoever it was obviously knew dude had a camera in her face.  So goes the debate of choices.  If you choose to be in a sex tape, can you really be pissed if it gets “released”…?
