Lawrence Washington aka ‘Miss Lawrence’ is best known for his appearances on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and his short stint hosting Bravo’s ‘Fashion Queens’ but he’s getting quite a buzz after his appearance on the season 2 premiere of ‘Empire.’

Miss Lawrence posted the photo collage above via social media to explain how his ‘Fashion Queens’ co-star Bevy Smith helped him snag the gig, stating:

Miss Lawrence met Lee Daniels through Bevy Smith and he subsequently got the creator’s attention after Smith filmed him pitching a special ball themed episode of Empire, complete with impersonations of Jamal and Cookie Lyon!

Angela Simmons continued her month-long birthday celebration with a stop at Atlanta’s The Gold Room last night alongside a few Love & Hip Hop Atlanta cast members. (September 24, 2015).
Simmons, who celebrated her 28th birthday September 18, co-hosted the club’s Thursday night festivities alongside rapper Yung Joc and Tammy Rivera.

Earlier this year, an Atlanta woman named Ebony Dickens was arrested after venting her frustrations about White police officers online.

At that time, Dickens was accused of writing a Facebook post (using the alias Tiffany Milan), in which she called for “death to all white cops nationwide.”
She further typed that she was plotting a mass execution of ‘at least 15 officers,’ stating:
“I thought about shooting every white cop I see in the head until I’m either caught by the police or killed by them… Might kill at least 15 tomorrow, I’m plotting now.” (read more)
Now the woman is speaking out and has issued a formal video taped response to her social media based arrest.

The 1st episode of Empire‘s highly anticipated 2nd season aired last night and viewers were glued to televisions nationwide.
We were finally reunited with the Lyons as they fight for the ‘Empire,’ while their leader is serving time for murder. With Lucious (Terrence P. Howard) in prison, Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) seizes the chance to take over Empire Records with or without her sons’ help.
While the son’s all clamor for the throne, we are treated with a slew of surprise cameos including, André Leon Talley, Al Sharpton, Chris Rock, Marisa Tomei, CNN’s Don Lemon, and more.
Miss Lawrence from Fashion Queens even got a chance to show off his pipes!
