Crazy “A”zz comedian Mike Epps spoofs Ted Williams aka The Man with the Golden Voice in a new video promoting his upcoming comedy show in Columbus, Ohio.
Mike stands on the exact same corner that Ted Williams was discovered. Rocking a similar camouflage jacket and a wig. He also carries a handwritten sign that states:
I have the God given gift to make people laugh…. I am a COMEDIAN who needs some NEW RIMS for my truck.
Please come to my show March 4th.
Mike then ends his plea by hittin his “Dougie”…a dayum fool!

The cast of the 1999 wedding flick, “The Best Man” got together over the weekend for a reunion dinner of sorts.
Taye Diggs, Nia Long, Morris Chestnut, Terence Howard, Sanaa Lathan, Harold Perrineau, Regina Hall, Melissa De Sousa, Monica Calhoun and director Malcolm Lee all attended the dinner, which was held last weekend (January 29, 2011) in West Hollywood.
I’m sure they shared stories about how far they’ve come in the past 12 years since making the Black film favorite.

Dekalb County Police has signed a contract with producers of the popular A&E docu-drama “The First 48,” and production crews began shooting just last week.
The metro Atlanta county is divided over how the exposure will affect Dekalb County murder investigations. Erica Gluck, the adorable little girl who played Brittany Pitts (“Brit Brat”), the daughter of Jason & Kelly Pitts on BET’s hit series “The Game” was dropped from the show and abruptly replaced by an older teen.
The show, which was revived on BET after after fans petitioned for it’s resurrection when it was canceled by the CW network, was a win/win for BET in the ratings but fans are still up in arms about the cast.

Director Spike Lee was spotted court side at the Washington Wizards vs New York Knicks game last night (January 24, 2011) at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
The Morehouse alum is an avid basketball fan and rarely misses a Knicks game, but it’s education and minority teachers that currently top his priority list.
Spike will join U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan in Atlanta for a town hall meeting at Morehouse College on January 31st to encourage more African-American males to go into teaching.
The meeting is one of a series of events designed to recruit diverse and highly qualified teachers.? And Morehouse, the country’s only all-male historically black college, is part of a plan by Duncan and others to recruit, train and place at least 80,000 male African-American teachers by 2015.
Lee, a Morehouse graduate, is scheduled to share his experiences and explain why more male minority teachers are needed in schools.
