Meet Nehemiah Musa Wells. Wells, who is 22 years old, was busted last week in Cobb County for aggravated sexual battery, child molestation and sexual battery after having sexual “relations” with a 13 year old girl he met on MySpace. [Side Note: I wonder if he met Ne-Yo Wednesday night?]
I don’t know the specifics of the case, but it appears that the relationship was discovered after the girl’s father came home early and found Wells hiding in his daughter’s closet. The arrest warrant states that Wells first met the girl at her home on November 1st and engaged in sexual intercourse with the girl without her consent at the time.
Dayum…another MySpace hook-up ends badly! Will y’all ever learn??
I was surfing the net and watching “Cheaters” a few minutes ago and decided to search youtube for some of the foolishness I had just seen on the show. I didn’t find what I was looking for…but I did find this Cheater-ish source in the “A” called “Busted P.I.”
The agency consists of all women investigators, which is very impressive, but they need a sistah on the team…4 sho!
Sean “still Diddy” Combs was spotted yesterday at the ABC premiere event for “A Raisin in the Sun”. The premiere was held at the AMC theatre in New York. Also spotted were L.L. Cool J, singer Jonelle Monae and Gorilla Zoe… What the hell was Zoe doin there?!? Anyway…check out the pics below:
The movie premieres on ABC February 25th. Check out the trailer after the jump:
In honor of Black History Month, Time Magazine, in partnership with CNN, has released a list of 25 films that they have dubbed “The 25 Most Important Films on Race“
“Only when Hollywood realized that a sizable black audience would pay to see films more reflective of their lives, whether funny, poignant or violent, were they given control of the means of production. Sometimes. The fact remains that of the 25 films here, chosen to cover the widest range of black films, fewer than half were directed by blacks.”
The “A”s own Tyler Perry made the cut with “Madea’s Family Reunion” but sadly, What’s Happening Now did not.
I’m disappointed! Who do I need to write about this?!?!
Check out the pics from last nights NAACP Image Awards show. I missed it…dammit! Unfortunatly, I chose “Lost” over the awards show!
Judging from the pics, there was lots of Black folks dressed up and smellin good! The A’s own Tyler Perry looked mah-velous as well as Keisha Knight Pulliam and Sanaa Lathan. Omarion looked zestfully clean and Megan Good even let her brows grow out for this event!
One comment…who let Robin Givens out and WTF was going on with Eva Pigford??
