LA Reid hosted a “Summer of Love” bash at his Hamptons home yesterday. Ciara was there looking summer fresh and a ton of other celebs breezed through for ribs and hot dogs. Spotted at the bash were Tyler Perry, Oprah’s BFF Gayle King, LL Cool J, Mary J. Blige and more. Paris Hilton’s mom & dad were even chillin at the “Q”. I wonder who brought the ice? Check out the flix of all the beautiful rich people under the cut: (more…)
LL Cool J appeared on Rap City yesterday and defended Soulja Boy against Ice T. If you recall, Ice I has been quick to call out Soulja Boy as talentless and says that his music and lyrics are stupid. J sent out the following message to Ice T: “Chill Out Man…leave these kids alone and let’s make some movies together…” LMAO… he’s soooo right.
Eminem is obviously an LL Cool J fan. Slim Shady himself came out of his self-imposed hiding to call up Tony Touch’s Toca Tuesday show on Sirus Satellite Radio and prank call Cool J. Shady, pretending to be “Jason from Miami” shocks Cool J with his precision when rapped lyrics from LL’s Eat Em Up, My Rhyme Ain’t Done and Go Cut Creator Go. Everyone in the studo was like Dayum…Jason’s hott! It’s soon revealed that LL’s biggest fan, “Jason from Miami” is none other than Marshall Mathers.
Eminem proceeds to kiss LL’s ass asking for a collab and announces that he’s been in the studio working on his first set in 4 years. I know y’all miss Eminems crazy ass but he’s been working on some thangs personally and should come back swingin real soon.

I checked it out and it’s pretty good. Maybe this time L.L. can make a real comeback.

Terrance J. from BET’s 106 and Park celebrated his birthday with a “Coming to America Theme”. Spotted at the soiree were Rocsi, LL cool J, Lil Mama, Melissa Ford, Neyo, Raheem Devaughn and more. As Terrance fulfilled his fantasy of being a Prince, there was lots of african dancing and girls dropping rose petals beneath his feet as he walked to his booth at VIP.
