White girls can’t rap. That’s a given. But umma embrace this hook as my new theme song for the ‘08. In fact, I was already singing sumthin similar when I got my first diamond…but that’s a story for another day. Don’t judge me…
If you like Lil Wayne and you missed this interview, well….here it is just for you. Wayne addresses his relationship with Karrine Steffans, Trina and professes his love for Nivea (in no uncertain terms!) The one question Tigger DIDN’T ask…”What’s in the cup?”

Ken Bright performed this piece on Michael Baisden’s After Dark show on TV One. I never watch this show, but was mesmerized by Mr. Brights performance when I was surfing channels the other day. I dunno how old this performance is, but his spoken word on the dollar bill was so on point, especially during today’s gas prices. “Keep it real about Dollar Bill!”
Janet Jackson appeared on Ellen today where she performed two songs and made the following special annoucement:
“I’m here to kick off my ‘Rock With U’ tour,” Janet shared. “Our first show is September 10. And I’ve set up a number for fans to call in and to leave what old/new songs you’d like to hear. The number’s 323-622-8139. Give me a call and let me know!”
That’s right! Janet is going on tour and she’s allowing her fans to choose what songs she’ll perform! Check out the full interview…
Fantasia (and her red hair) performed on American Idol’s top 3 elimination episode last night. I gave up on American Idol a long time ago so I didn’t see it when it aired so I searched for it this morning. I thought she did…um…well. But apparently Simon did not. Peep the look on his face after her performance….Classic!
This video is brought to you by the Southwest Dekalb High School Drum Majors….“Making fun of Bus Ridin hoes since 1988…” Those creative youngsters got together and made a song and a video making fun of people who ride the bus. I’ve never been much of a bus rider myself, but hey…I don’t knock public transportation. Unlike my last boyfriend…it’s always there for me if I need it.
I know y’all thought I was about to clown the bipolar MARTA girl, but umma leave that up to Necole Bitchie today.
I don’t see the resemblance…do you? Well, actually Terrell Owens is not related to Flav but will PLAY his long lost brother in Wednesday on the MyNetworkTV show ”Under One Roof.“
Owens tries convincing Flav and sitcom sibling Kelly Perine that they’re all brothers in hopes of getting them to invest in his Web site. ”I see dollar signs,” Owens said in an interview with The Associated Press. ”I’m trying to kind of smooth my way into the family, but Flav is not buying it. It’s a lot of funny dialogue. It was a good time.” It might also be a first step toward a second career. (Source)
