Picture this…you’ve had a wonderful weekend with a wonderful new guy. The chemistry is off da chain and he seems like the perfect catch, but then something way unexpected happens and you have absolutely no control over the outcome…no control at all! It’s bad…I mean REALLY bad! This commercial is the funniest thing I’ve seen in a while…and it’s for HOME DEPOT! WTF?!?
Jay-Z spoke with Tim Westwood moments before going onstage at Britain’s 2008 Glastonbury Music Fest. Tim asks him about his new look (the GLASSES!). I guess if your eyesight is failing and you don’t want lasik, you may as well do it big! I don’t care what y’all say, Jay makes it known that he is still a SUPA-STAH! The BBC is even reporting that he made history at the concert where he poked fun at Noel Gallagher from the group Oaisis (who said that hip hop didn’t belong at Glastonbury) by starting his set with his rendition of their song, “Wonderall”. Check out the full 1 hour performance after the jump, and see if you can spot Beyonce jammin in the crowd!
Eminem is obviously an LL Cool J fan. Slim Shady himself came out of his self-imposed hiding to call up Tony Touch’s Toca Tuesday show on Sirus Satellite Radio and prank call Cool J. Shady, pretending to be “Jason from Miami” shocks Cool J with his precision when rapped lyrics from LL’s Eat Em Up, My Rhyme Ain’t Done and Go Cut Creator Go. Everyone in the studo was like Dayum…Jason’s hott! It’s soon revealed that LL’s biggest fan, “Jason from Miami” is none other than Marshall Mathers. Eminem proceeds to kiss LL’s ass asking for a collab and announces that he’s been in the studio working on his first set in 4 years. I know y’all miss Eminems crazy ass but he’s been working on some thangs personally and should come back swingin real soon.
T.I. performed last night at Love Nightclub in DC in what was billed as his first performance since his arrest on weapons charges. He vaguely addressed his critics and haters and said that they just gave him the motivation to move on. Of course he then performed “Motivation” (what up Toomp..) and “A.S.A.P.”
Big Tigger also joins T.I. on stage for his performance of “What You Know” after the jump where the video ends with Shawty Lo’s “Dey Know” playing in the background… I can only guess what happens next.
