Andre Young, Jr. the son of legendary producer Dr. Dre, has been found dead in his Woodland Hills, California home.   The 20 year old was found unresponsive when his mother went to check on him around 10am Saturday morning.  The cause of death has yet to be determined and is pending a toxicology report. Not to confused with Curtis Young who was attempting to follow in his father’s footsteps as a rapper/producer and had taken the moniker “Hood Doctor.”  More details are sure to follow and my prayers go out to the Young family.  

Dr. Dre can’t catch a break with his family nowadays.  First his moms wrote a book about him, and now his own daughter has made a movie in his honor.  Manaj, Dre’s 23 year old daughter has created a web documentary chronicling her attempts to break into the music industry and details how her legendary Hip Hop producer father offered no support for her rap career.  The flick was originally put on hold, but now it’s been released and is being sold online.  Of course I have a clip for you…

Rapper/Producer, Dr. Dre’s Moms is really putting all his buisness in the street!  She is publishing her memoirs in a new book, “Long Road Outta Compton: Dr. Dre’s Mom on Family, Fame and Terrible Tragedy” and bits have been leaked.   In addition to writing about Dre’s dealings with NWA, she writes about his youth and his sexual promiscuity.  It appears Lil Dre (aka Andre Young) was a handful in Cali! 

I dunno how Dre feels about this….but I would have to order a hit on my Mom for writing about my secrets….Mom are you readin this?   <—–DEAD SERIOUS!
