…yes y’all.  They’re STILL at it!  The beef between T.I. and Shawty Lo continues.  This time it was T.I. who threw snide comments about Shawty Lo during an interview in Ohio:

Recently, rapper TI spoke with Cincinnati’s #1 Night show host Don Juan Fasho of 101.1 The WIZ-FM. TI talked about his new album, plans on returning back to Cincinnati for the first time after his best friend Philant was murdered there 2 years ago, and, of course, the beef between he and Shawty Lo. This is where the conversation got interesting as TI goes on to say that since he is the reason for all of Shawty Lo’s income this year he’s gonna “see if he can claim him as a dependent on his taxes!!!!!”

Shawty Lo is back from vacation and has made a video in response to the Club Crucial incident.  He says that Meatball just wants to be Shawty Lo and that he’s only following behind T.I.  The video turns into a T.I. diss where he goes on to bash T.I. by saying that Club Crucial ain’t really his and that Tip doesn’t hold down his own crew (just ask Alfa Mega).   He proceeds to call Tip a fake and says it’s just a matter of time before the whole world knows about the real T.I.  “The only thang T.I. got on me…is a head start!”  Blah…Blah..Blah.  I can’t keep up with all this he say/she say but if you can, clue me in later. I’m out.

It looks like the stories are true.  Shawty Lo was knocked the eff out last weekend at Club Crucial on Bankhead by some dude named Meatball who claims to be a childhood friend.  Meatball has come forward claming that Lo stole his swag, owes him big time and won’t shout him out.  (Funny how history repeats itself.)  He also claims that he didn’t take Lo’s chain, it was given to him after the fight and that he has a “recorder” of Lo begging him not to take the chain to T.I.  

I don’t know Meatball or any of the dudes he shouts out and I almost don’t care about any of this…but you might and I respect that. So if you have 5 minutes to spare and can decipher the native tongue of Bankhead, check out the full interview (Strong Language):

Word on the street is that Shawty Lo got jumped this past weekend at Club Crucial.  If you don’t know (or care), Club Crucial is T.I.’s spot and is located on Bankhead Highway Donald Lee Hollowell Pkwy.  It’s been said that Lo also got his chain snatched.  Don’t know how true any of it is but I’m sure if it’s so…there will be video footage soon!

Yes…they are still at it. The “Bankhead Beef” is alive and well. Can somebody please call Andrew Young and tell him Tip’s still beefing on some B.S.  *SMH* Somebody’s gotta just say “No” to the diss tracks. 

Hot 107.9 held it’s annual Birthday Bash last night and I’ve heard from numerous sources that both T.I. and Shawty Lo are still publically beefing.  During both performances, each artist took the opportunity to take jabs at each other.

The beef goes on…and on…and on! Shawty Lo sent out a request seeking T.I.’s yearbook photo a few days ago and someone answered the call. Tip’s Riverdale High School photo was sent to WorldStarHipHop. Lo was shown the photo and had some interesting comments about Clifford’s high school swag. Sadly it appears that Shawty Lo was right all along. If you ain’t from the “A” let me explain…Riverdale is a LONG WAY from Bankhead! I guess the question has been asked and the answer has been given. Is this the end of the “Battle of Bankhead”? Is there still beef if the truth’s been revealed? Stay tuned if you care…
