T.I. was in New York recently for the MTV Movie Awards and almost got “stuck like chuck” when he left his permission slip at a local restaurant!
According to the NYPost, T.I., Gucci Mane and model Selita Ebanks were dining at Abe & Arthur and Tip generously grabbed the tab for the table.
Upon leaving, he left a very generous tip, which included a few extra documents…. his “permisssion to travel” papers! Fortunately for him, a restaurant employee returned the papers to T.I.’s security guard before they got too far.
As Tip revealed during his appearance on Larry King LIVE, the specifics of his probation haven’t been revealed, but he does have to report his comings and goings. The document in question, apparently grants Tip permission to travel for a specified period of time. He’s on supervised release after doing prison time for weapons possession.
A T.I. spokesman denies the story, stating, “He did not leave behind any documents.”
