Usher performed at the THISDAY Music and Fashion Festival in Nigeria Saturday night.  Ursh was either channeling the spirit of Michael Jackson or Tomeka bit him that night…I dunno…but the Nigerian’s in the crowd did not take kindly to Usher’s groping.   A fight broke out in the crowd just after Usher completed his performance of “Love in this Club” but security quickly got the crowd under control and one male was removed from the venue.  Rihanna and Jay-Z performed without incident.  Check out more pics after the cut…

Usher Ramond IV and V graced the cover of Essence Magazine’s August 2008 issue.  In this issue as in all the others Usher talks about fatherhood and addresses the rumors about his wife. Blah…Blah..Blah… what’s more interesting is that recently he has blamed is manager, Benny Medina, for the failure of his album, “Here I Stand.”  Rumor has it that he also wants to re-hire his mother, Jonetta Patton, as his manager since he has realized she was key to his success. Usher ended his 15-year professional relationship with his mom and her JPat Record Label just days before Mother’s Day last year.  In July, he told Vibe magazine, “(I paid my mother) the ultimate compliment - to retire her to be a full-time grandmother.”  (Source)
