Rumor has it that Keri Hilson may facing a lawsuit:

A talent agency in Atlanta is allegedly and rumored to be threatening to sue Keri Hilson and Universal Music Group over thousands of unpaid dollars for the services. A source told me that this talent agency in The A charges that they were outsourced to use its dancers rendered to the R&B artist. Some of the invoices go back to one year ago, they are alleging. I’m not sure who is behind this, but I can say they are HEATED.

Keri sure does seem to be rubbing a lot of people the wrong way these days. Let’s just hope this gets cleared up before it goes too far.

Keri Hilson attended the 2009 BET Awards Nominee announcements yesterday in New York rocking her new shorther cut. The hometown singer was nominated for 4 awards ~ Best Female R&B Artist, Best New Artist, Viewer’s Choice & Best Collaboration for “Turnin Me On” with Lil Wayne.  Keri faces some stiff competition in each category, most notably in the Best Female R&B section where she’s up against Beyonce, Jennifer Hudson, Keyshia Cole & Jazmine Sullivan.

T.I. and Beyonce top the list of nominees for this year’s BET Awards with both snagging 5 nominations each. Although Tip won’t be attending the show due to his obligations to begin a 366-day prison sentence next week on weapons charges.

T.I. copped Video of the Year Nomination for “Live Your Life” with Rihanna and a Best Collaboration nomination for both “Live Your Life” and “Ain’t I” with Yung Dro and Young LA. He was also nominated for Best Male Hip-Hop Artist and Viewers’ Choice.

Keri Hilson, Lil Wayne and T-Pain received four nods each. Hilson earned the most nominations for a new artist. In the Best New Artist, she’ll be up against Sullivan, M.I.A., Ryan Leslie and Kid Cudi.

The show will be hosted by Jamie Foxx, who is also up for several awards, including Best Male R&B, where he’ll face The-Dream, Leslie, Ne-Yo and T-Pain; Best Collaboration for his hit “Blame It” with ‘Pain, where he’s up against Hilson, Jim Jones, T.I. and Yung LA; and Video of the Year, which also features competition from Kanye West (”Heartless”).

Keri Hilson and Kanye West performed “Knock You Down” last night on The David Letterman Show. Keri rocked a new fresh cut and killed the live performance. I also detected a bit of onstage chemistry as Kanye took the opportunity to smack a lil “A”zz live on TV…

The A-town paparazzi caught Keri Hilson as she was making her way through the Atlanta Airport last week looking like she was about to pilot the plane.  Keri’s been on the grind these past few weeks in anticipation of her March 26th album release for “A Perfect World,” so get your mind right…you’re about to see her every dayum where!

I’m sure they’ll be more KeriNews this week and I totally support her efforts but I refuse to do more than one Keri post per day!

Keri Hilson did a quick lil video drop to let you guys know how excited she is about her upcoming release  She’s counting down the days til the release of her highly anticipated album “Perfect World,” which is scheduled for release on March 24th. Keri is currently in L.A. for an appearance on Snoop Dogg’s Dogg After Dark and The Jimmy Kimmel Show.  Big ups to my girl for holdin it down on the west coast!
