NEWSFLASH!! Kordell Stewart has won his defamations lawsuit against viral internet sensation Andrew ‘I’m Not Gay No Mo’ Caldwell.
The retired NFL star filed suit against Caldwell last year after Caldwell falsely accused him of having been involved in a homosexual relationship with him (click HERE if you missed that).
Caldwell later retracted his statements and even issued an apology to Stewart but a judge determined that the damage had apparently already been done.
Andrew Caldwell, the man who became famous for a viral video in which he denounced being gay with the statement, “I ain’t gay no more! I’ve been DELIVER-T” went on a radio show and claimed he hooked up with Stewart in the past. He even alleged that Stewart bought him expensive cars, purses and other gifts.
Now, he’ll most likely be forced to cough up quite a bit of dough for lying!
According to Bossip,
Kordell Stewart is set to score a nice payday in his legal battle against the viral star who claimed they had a gay sexual relationship.
“Delivert” Andrew Caldwell, who became infamous for a viral video where he screamed in church “I ain’t gay no more!” never responded to Stewart’s lawsuit that accused him of lying about the pair having a sexual relationship.
A judge last week granted Stewart a default judgment in the case after Caldwell blew the entire case off.
Caldwell was properly served with the legal papers, but be never responded to the case, now a hearing will be set for Stewart to provide proof of his damages to legally determine how much money Caldwell will be required to pay up.
[Sidebar: I wonder if he’s ever going to sue his ex-wife Porsha Williams and RHOA for bashing him as well?]
