NEWSFLASH!! Kordell Stewart has won his defamations lawsuit against viral internet sensation Andrew ‘I’m Not Gay No Mo’ Caldwell.
The retired NFL star filed suit against Caldwell last year after Caldwell falsely accused him of having been involved in a homosexual relationship with him?(click?HERE?if you missed that).
Caldwell later retracted his statements and even issued an apology to Stewart but a judge determined that the damage had apparently already been done.

I’ve been DELIVER-T? went on a radio show and claimed he hooked up with Stewart in the past. He even alleged that Stewart bought him expensive cars, purses and other gifts.
Now, he’ll most likely be forced to cough up quite a bit of dough for lying!

A judge last week granted Stewart a default judgment in the case after Caldwell blew the entire case off.
Caldwell was properly served with the legal papers, but be never responded to the?case, now?a hearing will be?set for Stewart to provide proof?of his damages to legally determine how much money Caldwell will be required?to pay up.
