Atlanta Exes aired the 6th episode of their premiere season last night (September 15, 2014).

Last week, the ‘exes’ all bonded during a girl’s trip to the Caymen Islands and this week, they return home to deal with their everyday lives.

This week, Christina Johnson reunites with her blind date love connection while her ex-husband (Ceelo Green) tries to block her happiness by keeping her emotionally entangled.

Tameka Raymond gets grilled during a radio interview about her ‘celebrity ex’ status and also plans an event in honor of her deceased son.

Torrei Hart and Sheree Buchanan go on a road trip to visit Sheree’s ailing dad and Monyetta Shaw gets good news about her irreversible birth control procedure.

You gotta let go of your past to move into your future…

Christina contacts her ex, Ceelo Green, to update him on her dating life and it seems like he tries to totally block her from moving forward.

Ceelo asks Christina several questions…

Was he tall & handsome? But you don’t like tall men, you like short men, like me.

Did he dress nice? Did he smell nice?  A smell should be memorable…

Hell… If I didn’t know better, I’d think Cee-lo tryna steal Christina’s new boo? 😯

Whatever the case, it seems that Christina’s ex wants to keep him all to himself, even though he has a love of his own.

Christina’s new boo Willie, on the other hand, seems genuinely happy that she’s decided to allow their relationship to progress even after she found out he ‘smashed a homie’.

The pair meet and discuss their previous conversation where Christina said she couldn’t date him. But it’s evident that they have a REAL connection and they mutually agree to move forward and see where it goes.

Nothing lasts forever…

Monyetta Shaw meets with her doctor to discuss her tubal ligation procedure and she finally gets some good news.

Mo thought that her procedure was permanent, but through the miracle of modern medicine, it seems that the procedure can now be reversed! Yaaay! That’s great news.

Now, not only can Monyetta move on to a new relationship, she can also have more kids if she so chooses.

Life is short, keep track of your parents…

Sheree Buchanan has lost track of her father and she plans a trip to her hometown to locate him. It seems that life, marriage and 4 kids have eaten up all of her time and Buchanan hasn’t seen her father in over 15.

Sadly, Sheree doesn’t even know if her Dad is still alive!

Torrei and Sheree go on a road trip and while there were some moments where she felt it was too late, Sheree finally finds her dad in a senior living facility.

Buchanan’s Dad has Alzheimer’s but he definitely remembers his daughter. It’s a sad and touching scene when Sheree shows him photos of the grand kids that he hasn’t seen in years.

The moral of the story? No matter how far you go, always keep in touch with your aging parents.

No major drama this week, but judging from next week’s preview, Tameka and Sheree are going to bump heads when she brings up Sheree’s sexual past.
