Young lady, you did nothing wrong. You were taken advantage of and the people who took advantage of you are the ones who did wrong. You win because you refuse to be a victim for life although you were victimized. Your telling what happened to you is helping other young people (girls and boys) be bold and courageous and refuse the shame that society would try to put on you because of the corrupt decisions of those who committed the offense. It is my prayer that Father God continues to comfort you, encourage you, and vindicate you as only He can. You are beautiful extraodinaire young woman.

The shaming, doubting, and teasing is why folks don´t come forward. As a human and Mom I hurt for her. As a survivor I certainly understand. God bless this young lady and may there be justice.

I am proud that you choose to stand your ground against the injustice done to you, I was raped 47 yrs ago. I could not find the courage, nor did I think I had the support of a mother with whom I could share such pain, I felt so alone carrying so much hurt inside of me. I am 61 yrs old now and I empathize with you. I pray for your strength to continue advocating on behalf of others who have, or continue to go through the same mocking. We live in such a evil time now, and there are so many people without compassion, but many are just ignorant individuals. With that been said, I pray that God enriches your life abundantly with many blessings and much, much success. We must also pray for those who trespass against us so that we can be free…spiritually and mentally free to move on.

I don’t understand why she didn’t immediately report the incident when it happened and conducted a rape kit. She could have seen if she was actually raped instead of not knowing if she was sexually assaulted. I’m glad she is speaking out now against what was done to her while she was unconscious.

There’s a phone convo on world star between the young lady and one of the alleged rapist that took place the day after the incident. There was no mention of a rape the young lady was only upset that pictures were taken. Now don’t get me wrong, those young men need to be held accountable for distributing child pornography ( depending on the age laws of TX). However, after listening to the convo it sounds like a bunch of juveniles into adult situations and trying to cover it up before three adults find out. IMO… adults found out only after the photos were posted, and now it’s rape. Where are the other victims, where ate the witnesses from the party, why were they at a party in the wee hours of the morning with alcohol and no parental supervision no one had been charged, it’s been two months….we need more investigating. You know what all they a#$$$ need to be beat including the parents.

I swear, idk why so many minorities in the world feel the need to blame the victims instead of the abusers. Rape is when sex is not consented. You can’t consent after the fact so regardless of how she responded on a phone call is neither here nor there. At that moment at the party, that girl did not consent. She was unconscious, so by legal standards, that is rape. If this was someone in my family, i dont give a shit about what the girl says it is. What happened was not right and many girls are in denial about it at first anyway!!! Especially when it was done by people they know. I swear I just want to punch the shit out of some of y’all.
