Jill says she lost the weight by merely adopting a healthier lifestyle and she’s slimmed down to 200 pounds and is still losing!

The soulful songstress’ son Jett was born in 2009. It was at that time that Jill realized she wanted to be around for her child, so she set out to take control of her health.
Scott now eats three low-fat healthy meals per day. For her exercise routine, she says she does three 60 minute cardio workouts at least three times a week.
According to several online sources, Scott also does strength training three times a week with a personal trainer.
The trainer, Scott Parker, says that Scott knows that she will never be ‘stick thin’ but she is prepared to work hard to make sure that she will be healthy for her son.
