Young Jeezy aka Jay Jenkins has finally fired back about that lawsuit his former best friend filed Georgia claiming he’s entitled to half of Jeezy’s rap empire…

In his response, Jeezy pretty much claims the entire lawsuit is bullshhhh and claims he and his former BFF were never even friends!

Demetrius “Kinky B” Ellerbee, Jeezy’s former right hand, sued him last year for $5 million with claims that he helped launched Jeezy’s rap career.
Kinky B feels he is owed money from at least 4 of Jeezy’s albums, including “The Inspiration” and “The Recession” … both of which went platinum.
The pair had been best buds since 1995 and their friendship was even documented in Jeezy’s “Hustlerz Ambition” documentary (click HERE to watch).
After meeting him at boot camp, the two formed record companies together, released several mix-tapes, and spent most of their time nurturing Jeezy’s growing career.
Ellerbee even says when Jeezy hit the big time with Def Jam, he executive produced those studio albums.
Now according to TMZ, Jeezy says Ellerbee is FULL OF S**T.
…in recently filed legal docs … Jeezy denies being Ellerbee’s best friend (sad), denies forming ANY music companies with him — and says he 100% NEVER entered into any agreements (written or oral) to share HALF his profits.
So in essence… Jeezy is pretty much denying Ellerbee’s existence. 
Apparently when money is involved, friendship goes out the window. The case is still pending and it will be quite interesting to see how this all plays out.

Sooo,if jeezy is saying they were nvr friends, is he implying they were not "true friends" or is he seriously denying dealing with this man, period? That YouTube vid says otherwise. I’m glad there is an update to this story, but now Idk wth to think. Idk why someone would willingly offer/give 50% of their revenue up, but this supposedly happened before we all knew Jeezy as he was a few years ago. And I also don’t have much info on how those deals work, but again, 50% tho? My lil guess is that some money is owed. And wth is up with his dismal amount owed of $5 mil? Why did Jeezy shout him out on records? The only reason I know of a Kinky B is because Jeezy said his name on records.If this man put up money from start to finish Jeezy is wrong. I dont know if he owes him half but usually those independent situations are 50/50 splits. It’s sort of lame for Jeezy to rep dude in his music then turn around and say they wasnt that cool. Money come and go but there is nothing like real friendship.

This lawsuit sound frivolous af, & it doesn’t make sense! First of all if Demoted Kinky Twist EXECUTIVELY PRODUCED 4 of Jeezy’s albums, I’m certain he was compensated if he worked on not one but FOUR of them, which means he was satisfied with his pay to go keep producin more albums (unless he’s like Kandi)! Unless they were MARRIED, that man don’t deserve HALF of anyhing!
Did he rap on stage? Did he shoot videos? Did he go on tour? Did he record with other artist? Dude sound like a salty bottomfeeder lookin for a hand out!
It seems he had the money to put up when Jeezy didnt because remember Jeezy is also claiming that BMFs money never backed him. His mixtapes were marketed to a national audience so the money had to come from somewhere. Many times people enter agreements with street saggin to get quick bread and its done on a word. That’s what they are use to since there’s no paper work done in drug transactions. Many artist blow up and feel that 1st class flights shout outs and trinkets are payment. Idk their honest situation but according to Jezzy via records and youtube Kinky B BEEN had bread and was his Best friend. We know of him because of Jeezy who is now saying they was never that cool. I hope they can settle this out of court. The industry has a way of taking a crap on the popular ones after they use them up and its in this time those celebs need real friends.

I think Jeezy is lying, he just doesn’t want to pay him since he doesnt have to without a contract. He know he couldnt do that to dem real business people they get theirs in advanced. Now he has someone he doesnt really have to pay unless he wants to or they make him. So Ellerbee better come correct with his information and his lawyer.
