The former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member who abruptly quit her cushy reality television job AFTER she got fired has faced severe financial difficulties since leaving the show.

After she “won” a child support settlement from her ex-husband, retired footballer Bob Whitfield, Sheree was faced with a huge judgement from the attorneys who represented her in her lengthy divorce case.

Uncle Sam is now after the housewife turnt costume jewelry designer for reportedly failing to pay taxes on her RHOA income!

Sheree Whitfield is in hot demand … at least her bank account is … because the IRS says the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star owes them over $40,000 in back taxes.
According to docs, Uncle Sam filed a tax lien against Sheree in Georgia for unpaid taxes in the years 2009 and 2010 to the tune of $41,752.83.
The feds aren’t only ones after her bank account. As TMZ first reported, Sheree was recently ordered by a judge to fork over $119,000 to her former divorce lawyers, for an unpaid legal tab. Bills, bills, bills … someone’s gotta pay ‘em.

Sheree is obviously not the business oriented woman that she portrayed herself to be! No money, mo money, you have to learn how to manage it & stop living above your resources I’m just saying, that’s generally speaking of course!
You have to do right by people business wise and personally and that goes for all of us. She’s a bit shady so…..here she go.
Sheree had many opportunities to not only make her money work FOR her, but to make herself a brand (a small brand, but a brand). Instead, She wasted her time always trying to be bigger and better than her means would ever allow, caught up in image, floss and flash.
Not that she needs my sympathy but had she taken the opportunity to re- evaluate her ‘status’ after any one of the first few foreclosures, repossessions, or injunctions, maybe things would have turned out a bit differently for her. I hope she lands on her feet; after all she is the single mother of minor children.

When it comes to the friend of the court nobody really "wins" because the monetary award usually comes after a long, drawn out hurtful, expensive battle! after watching latest RHOA episode things are just getting worse for her.She sitting on her blow up furniture shooting air bullets at the TV every time Phaedra appears. If she would have not over estimated her value they may have picked up her option and she could have battled it out with her work out video. I mean that was one of the things she was mad about Bravo not promoting her like Nene and Kim. She was the first one with the idea for the work out video. Since she could not/did not pay Phaedra, Phaedra took her work out video idea as payment. Then Phaedra would not pay Kenya and she took the booty idea for payment. Turn about is fair play for all of them.
It wasn’t that Bravo didn’t help her, matter of fact she had TWO fashion shows (one without fashions). Problem was she promoted something nobody would buy, "Prison Matron Garb". Every time I see her standing bowlegged in that black dress, I just wanna take a bowling ball and roll a strike at her azz.
She should start selling some of those handbags. She’s got a few birkins that could yield some quick cash. The Louis’ she can put on ebay and cash out overtime. Somebody like her also need a sponsor. She doesn’t know how to provide or take care of herself. Sad.
Like I already said, Sheree has been struggling since the second season of RHOA. It is now 2013 Sheree, time to get it together. God blessed her by putting her on the show in the first place, because the broad had no skills to do something on her own. She was supposed to use this show as a training wheel in order to step in the real world and start her own hustle, and instead she did nothing but worry about her Remi weave, Birkins, and various luxury rental cars. I will never understand why we relish in the misfortunes of others. Granted, she did try to portray a lifestyle that her bankroll could not afford, watching her fall from grace is depressing and should serve as a wake up call to all those living beyond their means. Misinformed! Sheree did receive a sizable amount of alimony from Bob upfront. Close to a million dollars; in addition, to her removing fixtures from their home. Had she moved as the court ordered and allowed the house to be sold, she would have received additional funds. Based on Atlanta’s housing market, she could have purchased a foreclosure and still had money in the bank.

Damn Sheree..!! Get it together!! I know what’s it like to get into a slump when something comes up, ex: car repair, u don’t have the money and go borrow it..then that can become a problem. But she has has gotten plenty money and Atlanta has a good priced housing market..what was she doing with all that money?? She is too grown to be squandering money away, plus she has children to take care of. I don’t understand.
I hate she wasn’t able to build her businesses, especially her workout/excercise ventures. That was her calling. Maybe it’s not too late…
