You are very wrong, the law already automatically presumes Kris to be the baby’s father. Kanye can sign what he wants but unfortunately Kris will have legal rights and responsibilities to the child (I’d be pissed if I were him).

A judge can’t even grant a divorce now that she’s pregnant while legally married. If it’s not legal to grant an annulment either, which is why Kris wanted to go to court, then they will be tied together until the baby is born and Kanye is legally established as the father.

No, Kris wanted a trial so he can get an annulment, instead of having to say he got divorced. It’s a good chance he would’ve gotten his annulment (the court date is set for next month), BUT now that she’s pregnant that may not happen. A judge can’t even grant a divorce due to her being legally married and pregnant, the baby is presumed to be Kris’s (even though it’s apparent that it’s not his).

She’s 3 months, has been with Kanye for 8 months, so she got pregnant after 5 months of dating…while she’s still married to another man. I guess that’s normal and fine for many folks, but I see it as a terrible mess.

I honestly believe it’s about keeping up, now. But hey, if they like it… Kim K. Will be celebrated by the media no matter what she does. Let this had been anybody darker than Alicia Keys and it would have been a different line altogether.

I choose not to care about these two. I haven’t appreciated Kanye’s music since College Drop Out. Kim has never done anything to care about. But congrats anyway!
