Bridges and his Ludacris Foundation held its annual “LudaCrismas” holiday event and 150 area youths were invited.
Each year, Christopher “Ludacris” Bridges provides a Christmas celebration to inner city youth from all over the Atlanta area with the donation of toys, books, and winter clothing.
This year’s event was held at the Thomasville location of Mayor Kasim Reed’s Center of Hope and the Ludacris Foundation held a Christmas Winter Wonderland Party for approximately 150 youth, ages 6 to 18 years old.
Children attending the party were treated to games, entertainment, and great food. They also took pictures with Santa.
“I have always believed charity starts at home. It means a lot to me to celebrate Christmas by blessing the community that has shown me so much support over the years,” stated Ludacris.

Every child is receiving a toy and coat. While it’s wonderful to see smiles when they receive the toys, as a parent I am most grateful that thru the Ludacris Foundation’s LudaCares Warm Coat, we are helping parents keep kids warm this winter.
The Christmas Party is a part of the Foundation’s LudaCares initiative initiative. The LudaCares initiative is dedicated to supporting kids and families in need during the holiday season, providing food, toys and surprise visits.
This year’s sponsors include Target, Soul N Soul and DTP music label.
Major props to Ludacris and The Ludacris Foundation!
Their goal is the help Atlanta youths help themselves and revitalize and build stronger communities. To join their efforts or to contribute to their cause visit www.TheLudacrisFoundation.org.
