Fantasia Barrino held a huge birthday celebration earlier today for her and Antwuan Cook‘s son, Dallas Xavier Barrino (December 15, 2012).

Little Dallas turned one on December 13th and Tasia held a small party at home, but she waited til the weekend so that they could enjoy the day with all of their family and friends at Monkey Joe’s in North Carolina.
Isn’t he a cutie!! 
Fantasia and Antwaun, whose relationship is often on again and off again, are at least making the effort to both be their for their son on his birthday… unlike SOME people.
But I digress…

Co-parenting is not easy but goes a bit smoother when money is not involved and the media stay out yo’ business but I digress (since thats your favorite word).
He’s cute. Fannie looks good, I’m glad she was dressed, covered up and not displaying all of those tats. Nothing wrong with a lady getting tats, I have several, I just have them in places no one can see them. I work in a professional setting and it’s not appropriate to have tats showing in the work place IMO.

I wonder why this kid doesn’t have his daddy’s last name?? Since Fantasia loves him so much I thought she would insist on it.
I guess the baby daddy didn’t want to give it to him…. Oh well.
I believe they have to be married for the offspring to take the dad’s name.
@ gg: That must be state by state, because I don’t think that is true in most states. If the man signs the birth certificate, he is considered the father even if they later find out via dna testing that he is not the father.
and in some states like NC, there wasn’t even a place for my husband to SIGN anything on our kids’ birth certificate. I just told them his name and it was listed!
I am in NC as well, my husband and I had my daughter a year prior to getting married. (I know, I know.. LOL) She had his last name before I did. He also signed the birth certificate at the hospital. I also have two friends who were not married who decided to hyphenate their children’s names. So this must have been their decision.

Cool story. And i like fantasia. But I can’t help but think of how seeing antwan with another woman and his new baby affecting his ex wife and children.
It’s one thing to cheat, but to create an entire different family with someone is a hard pill to swallow.
Antwuan’s children are with him at the party,there’s even a pic of them holding Dallas…So it looks like the’re coping just well.

Tasia and her Babydaddy was out parting in Charlotte, NC this weekend… They must be back on!!! LOL:) . They were out celebrating her trainer birthday!!! with her included her brother and crew:) Yeah Tasia you are right there are plenty of Queens in Charlotte, NC as you said Saturday at club Privilege (Uptown) Seen Babydaddy turning it up!!
Is it that states law that children conceived in adultery can’t have the father’s name? I am just wondering why that baby still has the mothers name and not the fathers. Fanny looks nice with the short hair and has slimmed down nicely.

I wonder if Antwaun bough his other two kids since Dallas is their little brothers. It’s more than right for them to be apart of each other’s lives.
