This year marks the first year that single mother is without her kids, for as you know she recently honored the court order to turn her sons over to their “primary” caretaker, Usher Raymond by November 20, 2012.

It’s great to see Tameka finally smiling and going forward with her life but I can’t help but notice the pain behind that smile.
Tameka held a party to celebrate Cinco’s 5th birthday last week (click HERE for pics), and then apparently hopped on a plane to deal with her first Thanksgiving without Kile and without the presence of her two youngest sons.
Meanwhile… back at the ranch, Usher honored his newfound parental duties by hosting his own 5th birthday bash for Lil Cinco over the weekend.
The photo above was posted on Twitter by some attendees of the celebration, but I also received the following tip on Saturday:
Hey ATLien, I just spotted Usher at SkyZone in Atlanta! He’s here with about 75/80 people throwing a birthday party for his son. He has reserved the whole top floor for the party and the cake even has his son’s face on it.
I would send some pictures but I couldn’t get close enough and didn’t want to be too obvious LOL LOL

We all knew Cinco was gonna have another party. It’s not uncommon with divorced parents.
I just wish these two could get along for at least an hour so that the boys could have both parents at the same dayum time, but whatEV… I guess it works.

Michelle- All you can do is apologize and extend an olive branch. If she chooses not to take the olive branch, then so be it. To say that this year has been rough for her is a huge understatement. On top of that, she had a close friend of hers completely betray her in court. At this point, I’m sure that she doesn’t trust anyone. Everyone appears fake with underlying motives. So if there is an issue between her and you, it is more than likely due to the fact that she feels attacked overall by the world, not necessarily a specific issue with you.

I know a lot of people say that many people grieve differently, but I wonder if these are the same people that were saying that the reason she cannot move out of Usher’s home was because she was too grief stricken to enter Kyle’s room…I mean, oh how times have changed. Sorry, the fact that she could even go back to the island she was at when her son got injured in the first place is a bit weird for me…I would never want to visit that place again. Soo…unless this blogger got it wrong, that is where I came to that conclusion. As I stated in my comment, many people grieve differently and to me, going to the very spot I was when I found out that my son was suffering from life threatening injuries would be a little difficult for me, definitely over the holidays. To post pictures on twitter opened the window for a flood of comments from the public, good bad or indifferent….my comment would be indifferent….meanwhile, I am not here to make friends so agree or disagree, that’s your business.

I have two college age students…but they are still MY children and they were with me on Thanksgiving. They spent time with the father’s side the day after.
And also, this is the 1st holiday with a child in the ground. Maybe she felt if she went somewhere alone, she would be able to open up spiritually and connect on that level to the child she just lost.
