Remember that cult classic movie, ‘Clueless,’ which starred Stacey Dash released back in the 90s?
Yeah, me neither, but I thought I’d give it a try. In that particular role, Dash played a teenager who was indeed “clueless” about real life situations and scenarios. The problem was, she wasn’t acting… or at least we just all assumed that she was.
Based on her recent twitter antics involving her endorsement of Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney, the actress formerly known as Val on Single Ladies really has NO CLUE about what’s going on in the political arena.
After the endorsement, Dash received numerous tweets responding to her shocking statement.
Even other celebs chimed in with their disappointment but besides that fact that Stacey’s endorsement made her the target of several nasty tweets, it was Dash who benefited the most because now we’re all talking about her again.
[Sidebar: Oh... and her timing was impeccable considering that the official video for "Life of the Party," the song she recorded a few months ago, was just released.]

Actor Samuel L. Jackson tweeted the following in response to Dash:
Dash is certainly making the most of her very public opinion…. she recently appeared on “Piers Morgan Tonight” to discuss the reactions to her endorsement.
“The fury, I really don’t understand the fury,” she told Piers Morgan.
“I don’t understand it. I don’t get it…I was shocked, saddened. Not angry. Saddened and really shocked. But you know what, you can’t expect everyone to agree with you.” (source)
Voting is a personal decision, but when you put it out there in the universe in writing for all to see, you and your tweets are fair game.
Yes… Stacey’s entitled to her opinion, but I find it quite coincidental that her controversial “opinion” comes just hours after the new video was released for that song she recorded a few months ago to launch her new music career…

I’ve been to a Mormon church plenty of times. My white mormon friend invited me. Sure they looked at me weird when I walked in because I was black. The same way black people look at white people weird when they walk into an all black church. Once they saw I came in peace they were like, "So when are you coming back? Are you coming to our church party next month?" There were a few other black members there and they’ve been going there for years. Mormons are harmless.

Yes Obama will screw the poor because he is messing with the tax code. He wants to say anyone who makes over 250k a year will be taxed more. So those who make, say 300k a year, will just hide that extra $50k they made. When Obama can’t find that extra $50k they made, his new tax code will have backfired, but he still wants/needs that $50k that he knows is out there somewhere. Since he can’t take what he can’t find, he will have to get that $50k from somewhere else. That somewhere else will be the middle-class and the poor because these two groups of people don’t have their money hidden. He may raise the middle-class and the poor’s taxes, he may slap some taxes on healthcare, raise gas prices, etc. He’s got to get the money from somewhere because he’s got to pay the bills. We know for a FACT the rich will never raise taxes because it cuts into their own money. In order for them to keep making their money, the economy has to be working, in order to make the economy work, there has to be jobs, in order for there to be jobs, businesses need to have enough money to pay those employees, in order for businesses to have enough money taxes need to be as low as possible so large chunks of the business’ money isn’t being taken away by taxes, and that’s what brings us back to Romney. He’s a business man who understands that lower taxes means more money in the pockets for the rich, middle-class, poor, and business owners, which gets put back into the economy.

We appreciate universal healthcare, we appreciate getting rid of that damned DADT policy, we appreciate him supporting a woman’s right to choose and making reproductive health producst equally affordable to both sexes, we appreciate his credit reform that kept your credit from being ruined over one late payment and we appreciate him making student loan rates more affordable and allowing people to repay student loan debts by becoming teachers and we appreciate his green initiative to reduce global warming effects on future generations.

Obama may have made stuff more affordable, but what difference does that make if people are unemployed? If someone has zero income, they still can’t afford affordable prices. All the stuff Obama made more affordable would have to be free in order for the unemployed to afford it. Obama has his priorities mixed up. You kill two birds with one stone. You get jobs going first so people have money to afford the more affordable stuff. You don’t make stuff more affordable, then get jobs going. Unless affordable is free it’s not helping the unemployed. The focus is supposed to be on the economy and jobs, not healthcare and making stuff more affordable. And a lot of that stuff he passed for student loans does not kick in till 2014 and it only applies to people who take loans out AFTER 2013. It does not apply to anyone who has student debt now. How is that helping anyone who is struggling today?

Oh trust me when I say my children will be far from public schools, I plant and grow ALL of my food (you should be doing the same), and the public transportation I take is privately held. I have been voting since Clinton. Also in primaries. But never in my life have I felt the importance of voting than right now. This has absolutely NOTHING to do with skin color. If it did,the majority of Obama’s votes would be Black. Three times as many whites will vote for the urgency of America’s existence. No matter how many paid Hispanics you see on there stage, they know the fate of many of their family members upon dude’s election. Arizona and many southern states require them to show ID just to walk down the street (as they do many Black men in urban cities)…border patrol will stop arresting and gladly shoot them.
