This week marked the first presidential debate and depending on whether you rep the donkeys or the elephants, your view on who won the debate is really still actually up for debate.
Some say President Obama took the high road, others say he just fell flat. Considering the debate occurred on the date he married Michelle, perhaps he was a bit distracted and thinking about the evening’s festivities.

Most voters have already decided who they will vote for and it has nothing to do with the candidate’s debating skills. With that being said, the real issue at hand is who won the cookie contest?!
Since 1992, Family Circle magazine has hosted a cookie recipe contest between the FLOTUS and the opposing candidate’s spouse.
What’s interesting is that the magazine’s contest winner has predicted who will be the future FLOTUS correctly in all years with the exception of the 2008 contest.
[Sidebar: Word on the curb is that McCain’s wife stole the recipe off a Hershey’s box and cheated that year. So I guess we can say the "true" winner still won! But I digress...]

You got it! First Lady Michelle Obama’s Mama Kaye’s White and Dark Chocolate cookies beat out Ann Romney’s M& M cookies.
So I guess it’s safe to say that Barack has this one in the bag…

I did not watch the debate! However, I laughed hard at all the commentary it has recieved.
What I do know is Romeny is he own worst enemy first the comment of 47% and then talking about cutting out all of programs.

You know what was bad about that PBS line, Big Bird loooking for word was trending for 60 hours straight after the debates. Not only is Mitt known for flip-flopping and repealing Obamacare (among other things), but he’s now the guy ready to fire Big Bird. Not a good look in my book.
Besides, what is there to gain by ending PBS? it’s not gonna do anything to help the economy. And you can fact-check that. LOL

Obama better step his game up, or change the game for that matter, and let Mittens know, "You aint taking this White House back, we saw what happened last time Republicans ran the show and they ran the entire country into the ground in 8 years under Bush." Then Obama needs to break out those dead Bin Ladin photos, hold them up high, and let the country know, "What Bush couldn’t capture and kill in 8 years, I captured and killed in 2. I don’t think Mitt won. He doesn’t have a plan nor could he give us specifics. Not only that he lied so many times during the debate about his plans four our country. I think his aggressiveness during the debate is what some people are viewing as winning. However, like Obama said during the debate, 5 weeks before the election now he so calls doesn’t want to raise taxes on the middle class. Yet before the debate Mitt has campaigned to raise taxes on the middle-class. Mitt is a strong debater but I don’t think the Obama campaign was expecting him to flat out lie so I hope America is smart enough to not fall for it.
I bake cookies from scratch a few times a year. It’s fun and actually not that hard to do! If I didn’t have to work for a living, I’d probably make more.
I agree making bake goods from scratch is not that hard and so much cheaper than getting the ready made stuff. My mom still bakes her own bread, the hardest part is needing it and you can do that in a food processer.
And things made from scratch taste better. I usually cook all my food from scratch. The end result is better than any restaurant.

But there’s one truth that I know for sure..as this devil gives a speech on national security at Lexington Virginia.."The world needs our guidance, the mideast wants us to lead,we MUST stand up and take the lead". What I wonder is, have voters repub and demo really taken the time to envision a Mitt Inc. administration? Even Bush needs botox thinking about vulnerability of maybe not qualifying for THAT club. If you have worked all your life,lived as patriotically and morally upstanding,paying your mortgage or what’s left of it,sent your kids to college or have them in tuition charter/private schools, paid into or have job provided health care….and this is only about what’s left of the middle class…one month or more illness can wipe you out. Mitt’s job creation is counting on just that. In Mitt’s perfect world, median income should be around $40k and preferably less. Thus the"right to work" proposal. Get rid of unions. Employers can fire at will replacing your wage with 2 or 3 workers. Seeing those Asians working for 24 cents an hr. really turned him on. If he can get rid of minimum wage he can create more jobs. Families can "bunk up" like that plant he toured. Six/eight whatever it takes to pay bills. Just like the Duggars. The Hutterites. Mormon colonies. No more safety nets. Welfare is first to go. Then medicaid,medicare and lastly Social Security. Although SS will take care of itself with age requirement set at 70ty.
He would accomplish most of this in first 2 yrs. with tea party congress and senate whose seats (if he wins) will be stolen just like his.
